★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel, fiz o agendamento pelo site fiquei esperando 2 hrs e não fui atendido, os atendentes são incompetentes, foram grossos comigo e o trabalho era horrivel nao indico para NINGUÉM.
 Horrible, I made the appointment through the site, I was waiting 2 hrs and I was not attended, the attendants are incompetent, they were rude to me and the work was horrible I do not recommend it to ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A espera na recepção é o que cria a pior percepção do local. O resto é ok, limpo, agradável, coleta humana. Mas a recepção… parece sus. Precisa muito de mais esforço humano para agilizar a abertura de fichas.
Waiting at reception is what creates the worst perception of the place. The rest is ok, clean, nice, human collection. But the reception… looks like sus. It takes a lot more human effort to expedite chip opening.

Terrible delay comes if ridiculous because it was private imagine if it was for the agreement the first person who super rude never came back ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não venham nesse laboratório! Vc vai ficar plantado esperando. Justificaram q só tinha UMA pessoa atendendo (onde já se viu deixar uma única pessoa p atender num sábado de manhã, total despreparo) pq outra atendente testou positivo, mas se olhar as avaliações de meses atrás, tem várias reclamações qto à demora no atendimento.
Podem acreditar nelas, no Lavoisier Cambuci vc não vai esperar menos q 2 horas.
Don't come to this lab! You will be standing waiting. They justified that there was only ONE person attending (where you have already seen a single person to attend on a Saturday morning, total unpreparedness) because another attendant tested positive, but if you look at the reviews from months ago, there are several complaints about the delay in service.
You can believe them, at Lavoisier Cambuci you won't wait less than 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espera longa demais!!!! Atendentes parecem não ter presa em atender os clientes, ao ponto das auxiliares que realizam as coletas ficar paradas esperando por pacientes.
Wait too long!!!! Attendants seem not to have a problem with serving clients, to the point that the assistants who carry out the collections are stopped waiting for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo marcando online , fiquei mais de 40 minutos aguardando ser atendida pelo guichê para depois ser feito o exame , falta organização no atendimento. Insatisfeita !
