★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na Recepção muito demorada e despreparada. Demorei mais de 1 hora pra conseguir tirar sangue.
Sem contar que o local é cheio de pernilongo, zero cuidado.
 Reception service very slow and unprepared. It took me over an hour to get blood drawn.
Not to mention that the place is full of mosquitoes, zero care.

Profissional demais de receptiva, simpática, empática, excelente na coleta (swab para COVID e H1N1) e alegre. Merece ser reconhecida!!! Parabéns pelo seu trabalho e atendimento.
As I didn't receive the evaluation email, I make a point of leaving my compliment to Ms. Iraildes from the collection room registered here. Too receptive, friendly, empathetic, excellent at collecting (swabs for COVID and H1N1) and cheerful. It deserves to be recognized!!! Congratulations on your work and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de recepção ,atendente arrogante questionou se meu plano existia só porque ela não tinha ouvido falar e ainda pediu pra outra checar as informações e disse que eu tinha que pedir autorização no plano pra fazer o exame ,depois ficou discutindo comigo em plena recepção na frente de outros clientes,sai de lá muito constrangida .
Terrible reception service, arrogant attendant questioned if my plan existed just because she had not heard about it and even asked someone else to check the information and said that I had to ask for authorization in the plan to take the exam, then she was arguing with me in the middle of reception at the In front of other customers, she leaves very embarrassed.

A Ernanda fez a coleta com todo cuidado e atenção, me distraiu conversando e nem senti o incômodo, ao colher vários tubetes de sangue.
Estão de parabéns! Continuem assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de agradecer publicamente a funcionária chamada Soraya/Soraia. Tive um problema de saúde ano passado, tive que colher sangue diversas vezes. Morria de medo! Mas desde que a Soraia me atendeu (já colheu meu sangue umas 4 vezes), nunca mais passei mal ou tive receio de desmaiar (que era o que acontecia). Sério, ela é incrível! E agradeço a todos da recepção também, sempre muito solícitos e educados. Definitivamente, é minha unidade predileta! Super recomendo!
I would like to publicly thank the employee named Soraya/Soraia. I had a health problem last year, I had to draw blood several times. Scared to death! But since Soraia attended to me (she's already taken my blood about 4 times), I've never felt sick or afraid of fainting (which was what happened). Seriously, she is amazing! And I thank everyone at the reception too, always very helpful and polite. Definitely my favorite unit! I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou passando mal, com febre e esperando há mais de 2h para fazer o teste de covid. Um desrespeito sem fim, pessoas que chegaram depois de mim já foram atendidas. A sala fechada e lotadíssima, fiz o máximo possível para ficar longe das pessoas, mas foi impossível. As duas moças que me atenderam foram super educadas comigo, mas eles precisam rever as estratégias de atendimento e dinâmica!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão humilhada por um prestador de serviço. Erraram meu e-mail duas vezes, tiver que ligar varias vezes pra confirmar. O menino que me atendeu disse ter vergonha de me passar as orientações (era um exame ginecológico). No fim, desistiram de mandar o e-mail.
Na segunda vez, marquei o exame, insisti pra que me mandassem as orientações, liguei pra confirmar o exame, cheguei la e tinham marcado errado, não tinha um profissional pra realizá-lo. Tudo isso em horário de trabalho, tirando horas de serviço pra estar lá.
Pagar pra ter um péssimo atendimento.
I have never been so humiliated by a service provider. My email was wrong twice, I have to call several times to confirm. The boy who saw me said he was ashamed to give me the guidelines (it was a gynecological exam). In the end, they gave up sending the email.
The second time, I scheduled the exam, I insisted that they send me the guidelines, I called to confirm the exam, I got there and they had the wrong appointment, there was no professional to perform it. All this during working hours, taking off hours of service to be there.
Paying for bad service.

Demorei mais de 1 hora para sair do guichê da recepção. Passei com a revepcionista Ysabelly, muito simpática,
infelizmente, nao pode me ajudar muito. Péssimo atendimento, desorganizado, eles não tem o mínimo de organização eu tinha já realizado i meu check in online, cheguei no horário e após ser chamada para fazer um exame de coposcopia a recepcionista é Comunicada que a médica que realiza o exames foi embora, e7 já tinha assinados todos os termos de autorização, inclusive estava confirmada na agenda, e em nenhum momento foi me oferecido um encaixe, um reagendamento. É LAMENTÁVEL ser tratada com tanga falta de respeito.
Today Thursday at 10:30 I had a cospocopy scheduled.
It took me over 1 hour to get out of the reception desk. I spent it with the revisionist Ysabelly, very friendly,
unfortunately it can't help me much. Bad service, disorganized, they don't have the least organization I had already performed my check in online, I arrived on time and after being called for a coposcopy exam the receptionist is informed that the doctor who performs the exams has left, e7 I had already signed all the authorization terms, it was even confirmed in the agenda, and at no time was I offered an appointment, a rescheduling. IT'S SORRY to be treated with such a lack of respect.
