★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na unidade no ultimo sábado, para colher exames de sangue (não precisa agendar este tipo de exame), cheguei lá as 8h e as 8h30 já fui embora. O atendimento é bem rápido, desde a recepção até as enfermeiras. Achei todos os funcionários muito solícitos, simpáticos e um atendimento super humanizado.
Agendei exames de ultrassom para segunda (hoje), e novamente adorei o atendimento. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza!!!!!

I was at the unit last Saturday to collect blood tests (you don't need to schedule this type of exam), I got there at 8am and at 8:30am I left. Service is very fast, from reception to nurses. I found all the employees very helpful, friendly and a super humanized service.
I scheduled ultrasound exams for Monday (today), and again I loved the service. I will come back more often for sure!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que diferença de atendimento! Fui ao Lavoirsie pq não consegui fazer o exame no NASA...tinha sido a segunda vez que ia lá e alegaram que não entenderam a letra do médico. Levei o descritivo do que o médico estava pedindo e mesmo assim não me atenderam. Lavoirsie está de parabéns! Também faço exames na unidade de SBC... é excelente... Recepcionista Mayara vc é um amor❤️?? Obrigada!!
What a difference in service! I went to Lavoirsie because I couldn't do the test at NASA...it was the second time I went there and they claimed they didn't understand the doctor's handwriting. I took the description of what the doctor was asking for and even so they didn't attend me. Congratulations to Lavoirsie! I also do exams at the SBC unit... it's excellent... Receptionist Mayara you are a sweetheart❤️?? Thank you!!

Slow, poor service. Allow at least 1 hour for a simple blood collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive com meu pai de 91 anos CADEIRANTE, para fazer exames . e a Responsável da unidade por Nome Leila parou seu carro na faixa de acesso , quando pedi pra tirar pra passar com a cadeira de rodas ela se recusou a tirar o carro . A vaga de Cadeirante ocupada pelo carro do médico SEM PORTAR O CARTÃO DE IDOSO OU DEFICIENTE . UM ABSURDO UM DESCASO!!!!
I was with my 91-year-old CHAIRMAN to take exams. and the person in charge of the unit for Nome Leila stopped her car in the access lane, when I asked her to take it out with the wheelchair she refused to take the car out. The seat of a wheelchair occupied by the doctor's car WITHOUT THE ELDERLY OR DISABLED CARD. AN ABSURD A LITTLE !!!!
