★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O laboratório fica localizado no piso Loft do Shopping. O atendimento foi muito gentil, da recepção à coleta de sangue, e tudo durou literalmente 10min. A Graziella é uma funcionária excelente.
The laboratory is located on the Loft floor of the mall. The service was very kind, from reception to blood collection, and everything took literally 10 minutes. Graziella is an excellent employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a experiência que tive nesta unidade especificamente, foi muito insatisfatória. Depois de uma sucessão de informações erradas e equivocadas, tanto na central de atendimento, quanto na própria unidade, o procedimento que havia solicitado não era possível. Ressalto que entendi a postura da pessoa que no momento respondia pelo laboratório, mas em momento algum, qualquer pessoa seja ela gestor, colaborador ou preposto, se prontificou a apresentar uma solução, por menor que fosse, tampouco se desculpou pelo ocorrido. Para todos que se sentirem de qualquer forma lesados, como cidadãos, manifestem sua indignação pelos meios legais, quer seja pelo canal de atendimento, ou, como no meu caso, acionando a Polícia Militar e registrando a ocorrência junto à Polícia Civil.
Unfortunately the experience I had in this unit specifically was very unsatisfactory. After a succession of erroneous and erroneous information, both in the call center and in the unit itself, the procedure that had been requested was not possible. I emphasize that I understood the attitude of the person who at the time was responsible for the laboratory, but at no time, any person, whether manager, collaborator or agent, was ready to present a solution, no matter how small, nor did he apologize for what happened. For all who feel harmed in any way, as citizens, express their indignation through the legal means, whether through the service channel, or, as in my case, by calling the Military Police and registering the occurrence with the Civil Police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entreguei todos os docs pra recepção fazer a triagem. Me entregaram a senha e informaram 30m de espera. Aguardei bem mais, 1h. Fui chamada e no atendimento me informaram que não seria possível realizar o procedimento.
Poderiam muito bem ter informado na triagem. Não precisava ter aguardado 1h (em jejum por mais de 12h) pra dizer que não atendem.
Atendimento péssimo.

I handed all the docs to the reception to sort them out. They gave me the password and told me to wait 30m. I waited a lot longer, 1 hour. I was called and at the service they informed me that it would not be possible to perform the procedure.
They might as well have informed the screening. You didn't have to wait 1h (fasting for more than 12h) to say they didn't answer.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! 40 minutos só pra te chamar pra fazer ficha, detalhe: não estava tão cheio. Fora que antes de sair de casa liguei no SAC deles pra confirmar se meus exames precisavam de autorização e fui informada que NÃO, chegando lá precisava e perdi viagem. Não volto nunca mais. Lavoisier já foi bom, anos atrás agora tá péssimo.
Terrible service! 40 minutes just to call you to register, detail: it wasn't so full. Apart from that before leaving home I called their SAC to confirm if my exams needed authorization and I was informed that NO, when I got there I needed it and I missed the trip. I'm never coming back. Lavoisier used to be good, years ago now it's bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me assustei com o tanto de avaliações negativas aqui, mas ainda assim me arrisquei a ir. Fiz apenas um Holter, e não tive do q reclamar. O atendimento foi relativamente rápido, e os profissionais foram simpáticos.
O único motivo pelo qual não dou 5 estrelas é pelo lugar não ser tão grande, e por conta da pandemia somos orientados a ficar sentados com distanciamento, fazendo com q a lotação seja maior.
I was scared by the amount of negative reviews here, but I still took the risk of going. I just did a Holter, and I had nothing to complain about. The service was relatively quick, and the professionals were friendly.
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the place isn't that big, and because of the pandemic we're advised to be seated with distance, making the crowding bigger.

Mais de uma hora de esperar porquê a recepção não tinha os documentos necessários para realizar a solicitação do exame no meu convênio. Nunca passei por isso e nunca mais volto. Agendei no local pela proximidade da minha residência, mas antes tivesse ido em um laboratório de confiança mesmo que fosse distante.
I was at the unit to perform the PCR exam for COVID 19. More than an hour to wait because the reception did not have the necessary documents to request the exam in my health insurance. I never went through this and I never come back. I booked locally because of the proximity of my residence, but before that I had gone to a reliable laboratory, even if it was far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiêncianessa unidades foi Péssima, que diferença da unidade do Ipiranga, a recepção perfeita, mas o tempo de espera é um absurdo, meu horário era 10h56, sendo que pendem pra chegarmos 30 minutos com antecedência, mas só fui atendida com 1h de atraso, sendo que a pessoa que realiza os exames foi bem irônica e me disse pra que eu remarca-se, pois era por hora marcada, e nem se quer foi checar o ocorrido. Não indico essa unidade a ninguém, um pouco caso com o ser humano.
My experience at these units was Terrible, what a difference from the Ipiranga unit, the perfect reception, but the waiting time is absurd, my time was 10:56 am, and they expect us to arrive 30 minutes in advance, but I was only served 1 hour late, and the person who performs the exams was very ironic and told me to reschedule, because it was by appointment, and didn't even want to check what happened. I do not recommend this unit to anyone, a little case with the human being.
