★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com minha esposa trocar um presente de Natal. Vendedora já começou a "empurrar" produtos mais caros, sendo que minha esposa somente queira trocar por outro tamanho. Neste mesmo momento chegou outra pessoa disposta a comprar e a vendedora nos "jogou" de escanteio e deu prioridade para outro cliente. Resultado 30 minutos de espera. Total falta de respeito com o cliente. Fora as caras e bocas que as atendentes fazem qdo o cliente não quer comprar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante, muito bem organizada, ponto super positivo para a funcionária que mesmo sendo uma troca atendeu super bem e não teve preguiça nenhuma de mostrar tudo que tinhamos interesse (sendo que teve que dobrar tudo depois, tadinha). A qualidade do produto é padrão da franquia. Muito confortável, levinho, realmente próprio para dormir, além de não fazer bolinha.
I really liked it, very well organized, a very positive point for the employee who, even though it was an exchange, answered it very well and was not too lazy to show everything we were interested in (since she had to double everything later, poor thing). Product quality is standard of the franchise. Very comfortable, light, really suitable for sleeping, besides not making a ball.
