Infelizmente não tinha mais disponível lá, mas a equipe foi encantadora e super se prontificou a me ajudar. Entraram em contato con outras unidades e consegui trocar na loja do Grand Plaza. Eu preciso muito deixar meu elogio pela atenção e profissionalismo da Isa. Youcom, reconheçam essa divaaaa ♥️
I bought a piece of balance on the site and went to the store ABC Shopping to exchange because it did not fit. Unfortunately there was no more available there but the staff were charming and super willing to help me. They contacted other units and I was able to change them at the Grand Plaza store. I really need to leave my compliment for Isa's attention and professionalism. Youcom, recognize this divaaaa ♥ ️

Fui solicitar a devolução na loja, conforme orientado pelo site (compra no site) e lá não souberam receber e falaram que não era possível - depois de me fazer esperar mais de 20 minutos.
Saindo de lá entrei em contato no site novamente para questionar a orientação errada e eu poderia sim ter devolvido a peça, foi total falta de conhecimento dos funcionários da loja e orientação por parte da rede.
Isso decepciona, pois em outros locais esses procedimentos são tão simples, há um certo atraso de atualização por parte da loja, no que se refere à trocas e devoluções online.
Não voltarei a comprar.
The staff was friendly, but there was an obvious lack of orientation.
I went to request a return at the store, as directed by the website (purchase on the website) and there they did not know how to receive it and said it was not possible - after making me wait more than 20 minutes.
Leaving there I contacted the site again to question the wrong orientation and I could have returned the piece, it was total lack of knowledge of the store employees and guidance by the chain.
This is disappointing, because in other places these procedures are so simple, there is a certain delay in updating by the store, with regard to exchanges and returns online.
I will not buy again.
