★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte do atendimento é um pouquinho desorganizado, mais ainda é melhor que muitos outros lugares. O lugar é 10 devido a qualidade do serviço prestado por parte do mecânico. Local qualificado para motos de alta cilindrada com toda certeza trabalham com honestidade e presando a qualidade. Também possui uma boa relação custo benefício.
The service part is a little disorganized, but it is even better than many other places. The place is 10 due to the quality of service provided by the mechanic. Qualified place for high displacement motorcycles, for sure they work with honesty and maintaining quality. It also has a good cost-benefit ratio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito bacana, limpa e organizada, fui indicado a conhecer por um amigo mas, minha primeira vez no local foram 50 min para trocar óleo e nem se quer se preocuparam em saber se eu estava precisando de alguma coisa ou no que poderiam agilizar o serviço. Estava interessado em um capacete mas nem se quer alguém ofereceu ajuda.
Very nice, clean and organized store, I was recommended to visit by a friend, but my first time in the place was 50 min to change oil and they didn't even bother to know if I needed anything or what they could speed up the service with. . He was interested in a helmet, but he didn't even offer any help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram desonestos comigo,- cabe salientar que não considero a loja ou profissionais desonestos, mas a situação pela qual eu passei apenas. Levei minha moto pra trocar os 2 pneus pois disse q estava estranhando o dianteiro murchando rapidamente. troca feita, morri com $800 reais e a moto voltou fazendo um barulho na parte dianteira que eu não conseguia identificar . Voltei na loja dizendo a respeito do barulho e disseram q iriam verificar. Informaram q era pastilha de freio e trocaram as duas sem necessidade pois apesar de ainda estar em meia vida pois já tinha sido analisada na troca dos pneus, gastei mais $90 e o barulho continuou. Em momento algum alguém me informou oh me ligou pra dizer se tudo bem realizar a troca, saber melhor a respeito do barulho, etc.
apesar disso, depois do comentário colocado aqui me ligaram para esclarecer o ocorrido que pode ter sido uma falha de comunicação. Eu compreendo a posição da loja mas infelizmente a insatisfação foi marcada pela situação.
