★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior unha que fiz na minha vida, no dia seguinte eu voltei para fazer limpeza de pele q foi mto boa e uma escova q tbm foi bem feita e a unha estava cheia de bolinhas e já descascando e a cutícula toda comida, então fui mostrar a atendente e fazer uma reclamação e ninguém se importou, simplesmente não ligaram. Não volto mais pois é um local que não se preocupa com a qualidade do serviço prestado e nem com a satisfação do cliente
It was the worst nail I did in my life, the next day I came back to clean my skin which was very good and a brush was also well done and the nail was full of balls and already peeling and the cuticle all eaten, so I went show the attendant and make a complaint and nobody cared, they just didn't call. I’m not coming back because it’s a place that doesn’t care about the quality of service provided or customer satisfaction
