★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha pra dizer nem sei pode considerar uma administradora, totalmente incoerente com o que falam, todos os meses a folha de pagamento do funcionário vai errada, liga quando consegue falar com alguém transfere para fulano que transfere para ciclano e resumindo ninguém te atende, totalmente incompetentes, em fim nem quero mais expressar meu descontentamento, se tivesse opção de não colocar nenhuma estrela colocaria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site solicitou a alteração de senha, tentei fazer e precisa de um número de cadastro que está no boleto. Como meu boleto é digital, fui acessar pelo email e quando tento acessá-lo diz que como já paguei não está mais acessível. Tentei atendimento pelo SAC, mas é todo digital não sendo possível falar com atendente. Estou em loop e não consigo resolver. Péssima empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e muito pouco eficiente. A Galante é muito melhor: a taxa de condomínio já vem no nome do locatário. Já na Lello, não. Acho isso um retrocesso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou em um processo de financiamento do imóvel ou seja não sou o proprietário e nem as chaves do imóvel cheguei a pegar muito menos moro no local , mais incrívelmente já chegaram dois boletos de cobrança de condomínio e todas vezes entro em contato com um canal de atendimento, fico horas esperando o atendimento via whatsapp, e quando consigo ser atendido , vem a informação que é a penas uma administração de condomínio ou seja não resolvem o problema e jogam a culpa na construtora mais o nome do boleto é o meu com todos os meu dados , sem contar o atendimento totalmente despreparado da atendente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não resolvem seu problema, passam sempre a culpa para outros, o chat via whatsapp é demorado e cheio de bugs (vive desconectando dizendo que foi por falta de interação), não atendem o telefone e ainda não disponibilizam nenhum sistema de avaliação do atendimento. (eles respondem o review e pedem pra enviar email, mas não faz a menor diferença)
Bad service, they don't solve your problem, they always blame others, the chat via whatsapp is time consuming and full of bugs (keeps disconnecting saying it was due to lack of interaction), they don't answer the phone and they still don't provide any evaluation system attendance. (they answer the review and ask to send an email, but it doesn't make any difference)
