★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratório confiável porém atendimento sofrível. 30 minutos para 3 senhas antes da nossa. A atendente chega a demorar 20 minutos com um paciente, digita com lentidão.
Reliable laboratory but poor service. 30 minutes for 3 passwords before ours. The attendant takes up to 20 minutes with a patient, types slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz dois testes em domicílio nesse último ano e fiquei muito satisfeita com os protocolos de segurança seguidos pelos profissionais, com o atendimento cordial e com a pontualidade. Elisa e Alessandro foram os que me atenderam e só tenho a agradecer, pois foram excelentes. Só gostaria que atendesse Unimed, pra que eu pudesse sempre fazer meus exames lá.
I did two tests at home in the last year and I was very satisfied with the safety protocols followed by the professionals, with the cordial service and the punctuality. Elisa and Alessandro were the ones who attended to me and I can only thank them, as they were excellent. I just want you to attend Unimed, so that I can always do my exams there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da Lemos na halfeld é muito melhor! Na halfeld, eu fui muito bem atendida por todos. Já no São Mateus... quanta indiferença! Comecei a passar mal no exame do covid e a mulher responsável por fazer o exame não estava nem aí. Não dirigiu uma palavra a mim. A mulher da recepção com cara fechada... atendimento não é bom. Recomendo a Lemos da halfeld.
Lemos' service at halfeld is much better! At halfeld, I was very well taken care of by everyone. At São Mateus... what indifference! I started failing on the covid exam and the woman responsible for taking the exam didn't care. He didn't say a word to me. The woman at the reception with a frown... service is not good. I recommend the halfeld's Lemos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui duas vezes pra teste de Covid (PCR) e nas duas vezes a recepção foi um pouco desorganizada. O ambiente é demasiado pequeno, se for levar em conta o distanciamento e o fato de que há grande chance de haver pessoas contaminadas no ambiente, já que se trata de um laboratório. Eu tive que ficar do lado de fora, no passeio para manter distância das pessoas.
Outra observação, é que as atendentes entregam caneta para os clientes, e ainda pegam nosso documento na mão, em vez de olhar sem tocar, isso põe elas em risco e pode aumentar o risco de contaminação. Acho que poderia evitar. Fica como sugestão.
Um elogio é a rapidez na entrega dos resultados, e a facilidade de obtê-lo pela internet. Meu resultado saiu antes do tempo previsto (se não me engano menos de 24h). Tive experiência em outro laboratório e o resultado foi bem mais demorado.
I've already been to the Covid test (PCR) twice and both times the reception was a little disorganized. The environment is too small if you take into account the distance and the fact that there is a high chance of contaminated people in the environment, since it is a laboratory. I had to stay outside on the sidewalk to keep my distance from people.
Another observation is that the attendants deliver pens to customers, and still take our document in hand, instead of looking without touching, this puts them at risk and can increase the risk of contamination. I think I could avoid it. It stays as a suggestion.
A compliment is the speed in delivering the results, and the ease of obtaining them over the internet. My result came out ahead of schedule (if I'm not mistaken less than 24h). I had experience in another laboratory and the result took much longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agora que a demanda aumentou, a bagunça tá geral. Desorganização total. Pessoas pegando senha antes de entrar no local, sendo atendido antes das pessoas que estão na frente na fila, respeitando a mesma. Vergonhoso o atendimento. E você fala com a pessoa que está trabalhando lá e a resposta foi: "pois é".
Now that the demand has increased, the mess is general. Total disorganization. People getting a password before entering the place, being served before the people at the front in the queue, respecting the same. Disgraceful service. And you talk to the person who is working there and the answer is, "yeah".
