★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes super educadas, fui atendida muito bem! elas são prestativas e atenciosas, possuem empatia pelos seus clientes. a coleta também foi excelente, tiveram muita paciência com o meu filho! eu adorei, SUPER INDICO!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes são agradáveis, porém o apoiador de braço pra coleta de sangue é forrado com um feltro e todo mundo coloca braço la, não ha limpeza após cada coleta. Mto insalubre. :(
The attendants are nice, but the arm support for blood collection is lined with felt and everyone puts their arms there, there is no cleaning after each collection. Very unhealthy. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, prazo extremamente extenso para realização de exame simples de rotina e ainda atrasam. Me solicitarão 48horas para entrega e não cumpriram o prazo. Após ocorrido entrei em contato com outros laboratórios da cidade para verificar seus prazos de entrega na realização de exame idêntico , ou seja, com os mesmos parâmetros realizados no Lawall e adivinha 24 HORAS NO MÁXIMO!!!!!!!! E eu aqui até agora aguardando a liberação com quase 60 horas de espera!!! Lamentável!!!!!!!
Very bad, extremely long period for carrying out a simple routine exam and still delay. They will ask me for 48 hours for delivery and they have not met the deadline. After that, I got in touch with other laboratories in the city to check their delivery deadlines in carrying out an identical exam, that is, with the same parameters performed in Lawall and guess 24 HOURS AT THE MAXIMUM!!!!!!!! And I'm here so far awaiting release with almost 60 hours of waiting!!! Unfortunate!!!!!!!

Para mim, que sou da aria da saúde,somente 2 funcionários em um ambiente de laboratório??
Não tem como....falta de funcionário . Como mantém ambiete limpo. Mesma pessoa colheu meu sangue ,foi a mesma ,levou todos os lixos para rua mêsma jaleco. Nada esta nas regras de segurança quê tem ter... Isso é falta de funcionários. Eles são obrigados a fazer...se não tem outras pessoas para este setor . Fui no laboratórios de são Pedro.
Aquém me deixou chatiada pois fora dos padrões , de todos já fui.obrigada critica construtiva ...

For me, who am from the health aria, only 2 employees in a laboratory environment??
There's no way... lack of staff. How it keeps the environment clean. The same person took my blood, it was the same, took all the garbage to the street in a lab coat. Nothing is in the safety rules you have to have... This is lack of employees. They are obligated to do...if there are no other people for this sector. I went to the laboratories of St. Peter.
This left me upset because out of the standards , I've been to everyone.thank you constructive criticism ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame de COVID, por volta das 15:00, precisava do exame no mesmo dia para ir a um evento. As 17:30 como percebi que o resultado não ficava disponível no site comecei a ligar para as unidades, nenhuma atendeu.
Deixei de ir no evento, e o resultado (não reajente) saiu apenas no outro dia as 09:00 isso após inúmeras ligações e msg no WhatsApp . Nenhum pedido de desculpa foi feito, ou qualquer outro esclarecimento por parte do laboratório.
Lawall, nunca mais.
I did a survey of COVID, around 15:00, needed the exam on the same day to go to an event. 17:30 as I realized that the result was not available on the site began to call the units, no answer.
Let go of the event, and the result (not reajente) came out just the other day at 09:00 this after numerous calls and msg in WhatsApp. No apology was made, or any other clarification from the laboratory.
Lawall ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, dia 28/05, por volta das 9:40 liguei para a clínica pedindo informações sobre o teste rápido de covid. Fui extremamente clara ao perguntar: "vocês aceitam o plano SulAmérica para teste de covid?". A resposta foi que sim, mas apenas até 10:30. Eu estava no hospital onde tinha recebido o pedido do exame (Monte Sinai). Saí com pressa, pedi um Uber para chegar a tempo Dna clínica. Aí chegar, fui recebida por uma moça que disse que não aceitavam SulAmérica. Eu estranhei, visto que tinha ligado para confirmar e tinha sido informada de que sim.
A moça que me atendeu disse que ela que tinha me atendido ao telefone, mas que o plano não era aceito. Eu contestei, dizendo que ela tinha dito o contrário ao telefone, e a resposta dela foi simplesmente: "acontece".
Realmente, erros acontecem, afinal somos humanos, mas o descaso não deveria acontecer. Não fosse o péssimo tratamento, eu teria feito o exame mesmo que de forma particular.
Tenho transtorno de ansiedade e a forma como ela me tratou desencadeou uma crise que me debilitou por uma hora. Mesmo que eu não tivesse, merecia ser tratada com respeito.
Fica aqui minha insatisfação e indignação com o ocorrido.
Today, the 28/05th, around 9:40 I called the clinic asking for information about the rapid test for covid. I was extremely clear when asking: "do you accept the SulAmérica plan for covid testing?". The answer was yes, but only until 10:30. I was in the hospital where I had received the test order (Mount Sinai). I left in a hurry, asked for an Uber to arrive on time at the clinic. When I got there, I was greeted by a girl who said they didn't accept SulAmérica. I was surprised, as I had called to confirm and had been informed that I had.
The girl who answered me said that she had answered the phone, but that the plan was not accepted. I objected, saying she had said otherwise on the phone, and her response was simply, "it happens."
Really, mistakes happen, after all we are human, but neglect should not happen. If it weren't for the bad treatment, I would have taken the exam even if in a private way.
I have an anxiety disorder and the way she treated me triggered a crisis that weakened me for an hour. Even if I hadn't, I deserved to be treated with respect.
Here is my dissatisfaction and indignation with what happened.
