★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja de Campinas surpreendeu no atendimento e no preco que esta 10 reais a mais que a loja virtual. Outro dia fui em sp capital no paulista shopping e pediram 350 reais uma calca e o atendimento ruim nem comprei achei caro tinha algo errado.
 The store in Campinas surprised at the service and the price that this 10 reais more than the virtual store. Another day I went in the capital city of São Paulo and asked for 350 reais a calca and the bad service nor bought it I found it expensive had something wrong.

Os preços são um pouco altos, mas já esperado por ser uma marca americana e com a alta do dólar. Porém, o preço compensa pela qualidade. Recomendo!
My experience was very good. The store was not crowded and the salesperson was very helpful and helped with everything I needed. Good range of products and sizes.
Prices are a little high, but expected for being an American brand and with the high dollar. However, the price makes up for the quality. I recommend!

A pessoa que me atendeu (que eu viria conhecer pessoalmente) prontamente me ajudou o que facilitou tudo no dia seguinte quando efetuei a compra dos produtos. O padrão Levi's todos já conhecem eu só não sabia que eles estavam repassando essa excelência na qualidade de seus funcionários. Especialmente na loja do shopping Iguatemi Campinas quero enfatizar o excelentíssimo atendimento da funcionária Ana. ( Com quem havia falado no telefone um dia antes) Gentil, cordial, educada, simpática, doce e prestativa. Raridade nos shoppings hj em dia.
Indico a todos ao visitarem a sensacional loja da Levi's no shopping Iguatemi Campinas procurarem conhecer esse amor de pessoa.

Sensational! The day before, I made a call asking if there was the product. The person who attended me (who I would meet in person) promptly helped me, which made everything easier the next day when I purchased the products. The standard Levi's everyone already knows I just didn't know they were passing on this excellence in the quality of their employees. Especially at the store at the Iguatemi Campinas mall, I want to emphasize the excellent service provided by the employee Ana. (To whom I had spoken on the phone the day before) Kind, cordial, polite, friendly, sweet and helpful. Rare in malls these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deixou a desejar, principalmente da gerente da loja. Os produtos Levi's já foram bons, hoje em dia a qualidade caiu bastante. Comprei 3 camisetas do mesmo modelo e numeração L e pra minha surpresa cada uma veio com uma medida diferente e indo na loja para trocar os produtos que claramente estavam com defeito a gerente ainda questionou ao invés de se desculpar pela má qualidade dos produtos que havia vendido.
The service left something to be desired, especially from the store manager. Levi's products used to be good, nowadays the quality has dropped a lot. I bought 3 shirts of the same model and L number and to my surprise each one came with a different size and going to the store to exchange the products that were clearly defective the manager still questioned instead of apologizing for the poor quality of the products she had sold .
