★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, parece que não querem vender o produto, fiquei cerca de duas semanas para tentar solicitar a encomenda. Não fazem questão nenhuma do cliente, falta de profissionalismo e comprometimento, não recomendo fazer encomendas com essa empresa!
Estou super Insatisfeito, tinha um evento com data marcada e graças a esse empresa, não fizemos as garrafinhas, pois ficou muito em cima da hora para encontrar outra empresa.
Parabéns Lg pela incompetência de vocês!!!!!

 Poor service, it seems they do not want to sell the product, I stayed about two weeks to try to order the order. Do not question the customer, lack of professionalism and commitment, I do not recommend placing orders with this company!
I am super unsatisfied, had a marked event and thanks to this company, we did not make the bottles, because it was too late to find another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não recomendo para ninguém, demoram muito para responder os e-mails e o tratamento com o cliente nem existe, um amigo meu também passou pela mesma raiva.
Terrible service, do not recommend to anyone, take too long to respond to emails and the treatment with the client does not even exist, a friend of mine also went through the same anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que existe, fui comprar alguns materiais e o vendedor se irritou porque eu quis fazer a conferência dizendo que não tem tempo para isso. Ainda por cima, frisei que ia conferir, pois meus clientes conferem e também repasso a eles a qualidade final, o atendente simplesmente disse "QUE BOM". Peguei meu produto e disse até nunca mais. So não deixei a mercadoria lá porque realmente estava precisando e não ia deixar meu cliente na mão. Amadorismo total.
Worst service that exists, I went to buy some materials and the salesman got angry because I wanted to do the conference saying that I don't have time for that. On top of that, I stressed that I was going to check it out, because my customers check it and also pass on the final quality to them, the attendant simply said "QUE BOM". I took my product and said until never again. I just didn't leave the goods there because I really needed them and I wasn't going to let my customer down. Total amateurism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Funcionário com má vontade e super mal educado. Demoraram quase 2 semanas para me dá um retorno de orçamento, e quando quis fechar o serviço fui super mal tratada, ATÉ GRITAR COM O CLIENTE ELES GRITAM. Muito descaso com o público.
Atendente mau humorado que acha que está fazendo um favor para os clientes.
FUJAM DESSA EMPRESA.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. Employee grudgingly and super rude. It took me almost 2 weeks to give me a budget return, and when I wanted to close the service I was super treated, UNTO SCREAMING WITH THE CUSTOMER. Much neglect of the public.
Grumpy attendant who thinks he is doing customers a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não dá retorno em nenhum canal de atendimento e qdo liguei fui atendida por Gabriel que é extremamente sem educação, gritou ao telefone e pareceu estar prestando favor ao serviço que eu estava solicitando. Lamentável!!!!
The company does not return any service channel and when I called I was answered by Gabriel who is extremely impolite, he shouted into the phone and seemed to be doing the service I was requesting a favor. Unfortunate!!!!
