Levei meu celular para o orçamento dia 04 de fevereiro. 7 dias úteis para o orçamento ficar pronto. Entrei em contato várias vezes por mensagem sempre a resposta eletrônica está em análise ... até que liguei a atendente não soube me responder pediu para ir pessoalmente aff . No dia 22/02 fui pessoalmente meu celular estava guardado em uma gaveta com o orçamento pronto. O valor do conserto ficou um absurdo e ainda tive que pagar 20 reais pelo orçamento.

Terrible technical assistance.
I took my cell phone to the budget on February 4th. 7 business days for the quote to be ready. I contacted them several times by message, always the electronic response is under analysis... until I called the attendant, she didn't know how to answer me, she asked to go in person aff. On 02/22 I went in person, my cell phone was kept in a drawer with the budget ready. The cost of the repair was absurd and I still had to pay 20 reais for the budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It amazes me how a companya s large as LG can have such slow service and terrible components. I brought in my laptop in december with a bad flat cable and it cost R$ 1100 to replace. The laptop new cost R$2450. A month and a half later, my laptop's motherboard goes bad, and they gave me a R$4500 replacement cost. This is absurd. I really hope no one has to go through what I had to go through. Terrible products and service.
