★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo o descaso com o Cliente! Vendem um plano , Cliente aceita, realizam Contrato. Marcam a data de instalação, Cliente na data e período fica no local aguardando e o técnico não aparece. Depois cliente liga para reagendar,por falha da Liga Telecom, o cliente é comunicado QUE A INSTALAÇÃO ,depende de Expansão da rede....isto após 15 dias. Vejam o descaso e pasmem, não possuem prazo para retorno. O cliente foi lesado. Fujam desta Empresa.
 Absurd disregard for the customer! They sell a plan, Customer accepts, perform Contract. They mark the installation date, Customer on the date and period stays at the place waiting and the technician does not appear. After the customer calls to reschedule, due to the failure of Liga Telecom, the customer is informed THAT THE INSTALLATION depends on the expansion of the network....this after 15 days. Look at the neglect and be amazed, they have no deadline for return. The customer was harmed. Run away from this company.
