★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificilmente avalio com uma nota Ruim um estabelecimento, mais fiquei extremamente estarrecido com a falta de cuidado do entregador, deixou a comida na portaria com o numero do apartamento errado, com funcionários aguardando até 16h um pedido que foi feito as 14:30. Tenha mais cuidado com o atendimento e a orientação dos seus colaboradores direto e indiretos. Comida Fria, refrigerante quase ao natural. Péssima experiência. Caso queiram consultar pedido 9584.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu pedido as 12:32hrs do dia 01/02/2021, liguei 2 vezes para verificar oque esta acontecendo, o gerente Kaique me atendeu muito mal, pedi que cancelase o mesmo me informou que não cancela os pedidos, avisei q iria entrar em contato com o ifood e que se o motoboy viesse eu iria pegar o pedido pois não irei passar fome por culpa dos outros, fiz o pedido de cancelamento 15 minutos depois o ifood cancelou, não me foi cobrado o valor, após essa situação o motoboy que não tinha nenhum motivo para ser lesado veio me pedindo que paga-se pois seria descontado dele, por conta disso efetuei o pagamento, apos todo esse problema gerente ainda teve a audácia de falar palavras de baixo calão e falou que eu nunca mais pedi-se algo lá, segundo a legislação brasileira, todos compromissos devem ser honrado conforme acordado, falo por mim quando digo, que esse restaurante me desrespeitou como consumidor, e ainda lesou o motoqueiro trabalhador que não havia tido culpa, sou cliente recorrente do ifood, isso nunca me aconteceu, apenas com esse estabelecimento que faz descaso com os clientes, pessoal, pense antes de comprar essa foi minha experiência, a próxima pode ser com você.
I placed my order at 12: 32hrs on 01/02/2021, I called 2 times to check what is going on, the manager Kaique answered me very badly, I asked him to cancel and he informed me that he does not cancel the orders, I told him I would get in contact with ifood and that if the motoboy came I would take the order because I will not go hungry due to the fault of others, I made the cancellation request 15 minutes later ifood canceled, I was not charged the amount, after that the motoboy who he had no reason to be injured, he asked me to get paid because it would be deducted from him, because of that I made the payment, after all this problem the manager still had the audacity to speak bad words and said that I never asked again something there, according to Brazilian law, all commitments must be honored as agreed, I speak for myself when I say, that this restaurant disrespected me as a consumer, and even injured the worker biker who had not been at fault, I am a recurring customer of ifood, this never happened to me, just with this establishment that does not care about customers, guys, think before buying this was my experience, the next one can be with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre peço neste estabelecimento e esquecem de enviar o Feijão. Aí depois de meia hora volta o motoboy com o feijão sendo que a reflexão já foi finalizada. Uma demora absurda para entregar a refeição e ainda vem faltando l que pedimos . Acho um desrespeito . Comida já chega fria . Um restaurante bom de fato precisa garantir comida de qualidade e entrega eficiente senão não é satisfatório para minguem. Ao pontuar para a moça do estabelecimento pareceu não se importar muito dizendo que o serviço de entrega não faz parte do restauraste . Achei pouco caso , sendo que o serviço de entrega está ligado ao nome do estabelecimento. É só dor de cabeça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tempo de entrega já é longo e ainda atrasam com frequência, o pedido vem errado ou faltando itens. Abri uma reclamação no chat do Ifood relatando o ocorrido e nem resposta tive.
Já foi muito bom, hoje a qualidade em todos os sentidos caiu muito.
The delivery time is already long and they still often delay, the order is wrong or missing items. I opened a complaint in the Ifood chat reporting what happened and I didn't even get a response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem o prazo pra entrega. É uma pena, pois as comidas são ótimas. As atendentes falam a mesma coisa ligando 10x pra perguntar do pedido. Passam o prazo de 40 minutos e o pedido não chega nem e 2 horas…. Falta de respeito
