★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feliz com essa Lindt em Salvador! Loja ampla, dentro do shopping, variedade de chocolates e opções para presentear. Acredito que todos sejam deliciosos, mas os que tem avelã são meus preferidos e o Swiss Classic é outra delícia também.
Happy with this Lindt in Salvador! Large store inside the mall, variety of chocolates and gifting options. I believe they are all delicious, but the ones with hazelnuts are my favorites and the Swiss Classic is another delight too.

I just had a "hot" chocolate, which was from lukewarm to cold, and unbearably sweet. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdi um pertence no salvador shopping, e uma das lojas em que fui foi no dia foi a Lindt. Procurei funcionários da loja e pedi para falar com a gerente para que tentasse receber alguma ajuda. Falaram que ela ia me ligar, mas uma semana depois tive que voltar na loja pois “ela esqueceu”.
Ao conseguir falar com a gerente Ana Paula, fui tratado com descaso e a mínima disposição de ajudar o cliente. Ao contrário de todas demais lojas do shopping que procurei, que tentaram ajudar ao maximo.
O SAC da Lindt, a mesma coisa. Disposição zero de ajudar.
Um adendo que o chocolate quente e o capuccino da loja são incompatíveis com a “qualidade” da Lindt.
Nunca mais compro nada na Lindt, nem na do SSA shopping nem na de outro lugar algum.
I lost a belonging at salvador shopping, and one of the stores I went to was Lindt. I looked for store employees and asked to speak with the manager to try to get some help. They said she was going to call me, but a week later I had to go back to the store because “she forgot”.
When I managed to speak with the manager Ana Paula, I was treated with indifference and the least willingness to help the customer. Unlike all other stores in the mall that I looked for, which tried to help as much as possible.
Lindt's SAC, same thing. Zero willingness to help.
An addendum that the store's hot chocolate and cappuccino are incompatible with Lindt's “quality”.
I will never buy anything from Lindt again, not from SSA mall or from anywhere else.
