O problema é apx em si, demora atender o cliente, não dá satisfação com antecedência do que se trata da indisponibilidade do serviço, e o problema está sendo constante. Então, procurem melhorar tanto na satisfação ao cliente do que se trata, e resolver com prontidão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi constatado que o problema foi de instabilidade da internet e os técnicos resolveram. Antes disso porém, houve uma série de questionamentos no atendimento on-line e presencial dando a entender que o problema poderia ser nos meus equipamentos ao invés da própria empresa e isso causou um desgaste inicial, pois eu já sabia que era a internet que estava ruim. Mas em geral, agradeço pela atenção e orientação dos técnicos e da Gabriela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, deixaram-me esperando mais de uma hora pra um suporte, foram no escritorio e logo depois o problema repetiu, quando liguei me disseram q minhas funcionárias estavam mentindo a cerca do horário q haviam estipulado para a visita.

Marquei desde terça feira que iria mudar a loja de endereço na sexta, a equipe veio as 16:00h, não deu tempo concluir. Ficaram de vir sábado não vieram.
Na segunda com as coisas que vieram.
Ainda deixaram os fios em desordem sem prender certinha no chão, alegaram não estar em mãos com os guias de fios.
Atendimento totalmente ao contrário das primeiras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dessa vez o serviço deixou a desejar, e como trabalho em home office sou refem da internet. Fiquei sem internet perto das 12:00 e informaram que iriam vir no mesmo dia. As 17:41 tento me comunicar por Zap e demoram muito tempo para responder! Qdo ligo informaram que ficou para próximo dia devido às chuvas. Qdo marcaram não informaram que se chovesse não viriam ! Prefiro nem comentar sobre o que ouvi em ligação, mas estou pensando sim em fazer a troca de internet, se não fosse o antigo colega ao qual pagava anteriormente, não conseguiria passar as declarações que meu trabalho pede!
