★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, mando mensagem eles não respondem, ligo coloco a opção que eu quero mais não funcionar, coloquei a opção que queria contratar serviço rapidinho eles atenderam, porém quando falei que era reclamação desligaram, só uso essa internet por falta de opção, pois é horrível , não recomendo, 0 estrelas

Quando eu preciso de um atendimento, se eu respondo 2 minutos após, eles cancelam o meu atendimento e me jogam pra última da fila. Mas, me deixam esperando Por horas, encerram o atendimento sem qualquer justificativa ou me passam pra vários outros atendendo, onde tenho que relatar tudo novamente. É impressionante o descaso, desrespeito. Preciso quase que me humilhar pra ser atendida. Estou em dia com os pgts, poderiam melhorar o atendimento que é precário. Muito ruim mesmo.
REPUDIATION NOTE: The service is unfortunately worse than the internet. When I need a service, if I answer 2 minutes later, they cancel my service and throw me to the last in line. But, they keep me waiting for hours, they end the service without any justification or pass me on to several other people, where I have to report everything again. The neglect and disrespect is impressive. I almost have to humiliate myself to be attended to. I'm up to date with the pgts, they could improve the service that is precarious. Really bad.
