O atendimento lá também não é dos melhores, falta comunicação, parece que tem preguiça de dar informação para o paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, Minha filha precisava fazer tomografia e tomamos um chá de cadeira, mais de 2 horas esperando porque a técnica esqueceu que tinha agendado o exame.
Terrible service, My daughter needed to have a CT scan and we had tea in a chair, more than 2 hours waiting because the technician forgot she had scheduled the exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, desmarcaram um exame de mamografia para o dia 13/04 alegando que o equipamento estava quebrado e me ligariam pra agendar novo exame e até agora 10/05 não entraram em contato. Não sei o que fazer.
Terrible, they canceled a mammogram for 04/13 alleging that the equipment was broken and they would call me to schedule a new exam and so far 05/10 they have not contacted me. I do not know what to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de respeito com os pacientes no Cardiovida exames, fazendo passar por filas incansáveis falta de equipamentos para realizar os exames ou seja muito ruim tbm tirei uma foto minha e fui repreendido por funcionarios me alertando sobre direitos autorais.... A única propaganda sobre este local é a minha sinceridade opinião não recomendo....

Estou ligando, mandando whatsapp, mas ninguém atende, lamentável!!!!
Os convênios parecem que nos prestam favor e não recebem por isso.
