★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levo meu filho toda semana para consulta com psicólogo. Enquanto as acomodações pode se dizer que estão boas, mas espero muito para ele ser chamado para o consultório e se torna cansativo.
 I take my son every week to see a psychologist. While the accommodations can be said to be good, but I wait a lot for him to be called to the office and it becomes tiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas experiências com o plano Liv, onde a emergência é no hospital SOS, localizado na avenida Tristão Gonçalves em Fortaleza foram péssimas. Todas as vezes que precisei, sempre me deparei com o hospital lotado e somente 1 médico para todas as funções. Uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Hoje, vim novamente na unidade e o atendente me informou que o tempo de espera era de 6 horas. Ja abri reclamações outras vezes e nada foi feito a respeito. Não indico. Só dor de cabeça.
My experiences with the Liv plan, where the emergency is at the SOS hospital, located on Avenida Tristão Gonçalves in Fortaleza, were terrible. Every time I needed it, I always found the hospital full and only 1 doctor for all functions. A lack of respect for the customer. Today, I came back to the unit and the attendant informed me that the waiting time was 6 hours. I have filed complaints other times and nothing has been done about it. I do not indicate. Just a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um exame ( houlde) para as 10:00hs, as 10:40hs, depois de muito reclamar, fui informada que a unidade estava aguardando que o paciente que havia colocado o dito aparelho no dia anterior.....isso significa que a unidade tem apenas um aparelho..... é muita falta de respeito com os usuários desse plano....
I scheduled an exam (houlde) for 10:00 am, at 10:40 am, after much complaining, I was informed that the unit was waiting for the patient who had put the device in the previous day.....that means that the unit has only one device..... it is very disrespectful to the users of this plan....

É uma cara de abuso tão grande.. aquelas que ficam na barão de aratanha, na 13 de maio ( clínica nova ) são horríveis , atendimento péssimo. Uma vez fui lá e elas atenderam uma pessoa com maior abuso, ignorantes, a mulher saiu e ficaram rindo falando.. melhorem! Todo mundo que me pergunta eu falo: o plano é até bom, mais deixa a desejar com as atendentes da recepções.. são horríveis, um poço de ignorância.. uma cara de abuso tão grande.. teve uma que falou na clínica nova , na 13 de maio.. no dia estava lotado , aí ela falou pra outra “começamos hein “ e revirou os olhos.. e não estão ali né pra trabalhar não? Gente troquem , ou melhorem as atendentes..

It's such an abuse face.. the ones that are in the barão de aratanha, on the 13th of may (new clinic) are horrible, terrible service. Once I went there and they saw a person with greater abuse, ignorant, the woman left and they were laughing talking.. get better! Everyone who asks me I say: the plan is even good, but it leaves something to be desired with the receptionists.. they are horrible, a well of ignorance.. such a face of abuse.. there was one who spoke at the new clinic, on the 13th of May.. on the day it was crowded, then she said to another “let's start huh” and rolled her eyes.. and they're not there, right to work? People change, or improve the attendants..

Além de não ter um hospital próprio, empurram procedimentos pra você fazer só pra não pagar os hospitais, é triste, verdadeiramente triste, fui atendido por esse plano por 15 anos, até ele ser vendido e virar Liv saúde.. simplesmente horrível, desumano, se eu tivesse passado realmente mal, teria morrido. Assistência zero. Valorização do cliente? Nem pense, eles não te valorizam, fui ser atendido num hospital onde O PRÓPRIO ENFERMEIRO falou: Cara, troca de plano, eles não tão te ajudando em nada. Por favor Liv saúde, admita logo que não tem estrutura decente e feche as portas.
Sad, weak, terrible, horrible.
In addition to not having a hospital of their own, they push procedures for you to do just so you don't pay for the hospitals, it's sad, really sad, I was served by this plan for 15 years, until it was sold and turned into Liv Saúde.. simply horrible, inhumane, if I had been really sick, I would have died. Zero assistance. Customer appreciation? Don't even think about it, they don't value you, I went to be treated at a hospital where THE NURSE HIMSELF said: Dude, change plans, they're not helping you at all. Please Liv cheers, admit right away that you don't have a decent structure and close the doors.
