★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente da Localiza Rent a car desde 2016, tenho aplicativo para locação, sou cliente categoria Gold, devido ao tempo e volume de locação, acabei concentrando minhas locações na localiza.
Dia 03/09/2021 efetuei uma locação de 4 dias no aeroporto de Guarulhos, tinha um segundo condutor, na reserva havida check in expresso.
Apresentei meus documentos, juntamente com segundo condutor, depois de 30 minutos de espera, a funcionária informou que foi recusado, não podia passar o motivo.
Falei com a Gerente Raiza, foi extremamente grossa, informou que não sabia o motivo da recusa, ainda gritou "próximo" .
Em contato com a central de atendimento , informou que não sabia o motivo, depois enviaram vários sms para avaliar o atendimento. Mesmo com nota zero ainda estão enviando uma mensagem muito engraçada, " Obrigada, tenha uma excelente noite e obrigado por escolher a Localiza" além de recusar a locação de um cliente com histórico de várias locações na empresa, cartão de crédito compatível, enviam esse tipo de mensagem.
Essa empresa não é séria, não trata o cliente com dignidade e respeito, véspera de feriado prolongado recusar a locação sem informar o motivo.
Não conheço nenhum empresa que trata o cliente dessa forma.
Localiza nunca mais.
 I was a Localiza Rent a Car customer since 2016, I have a rental app, I'm a Gold category customer, due to the time and volume of rental, I ended up concentrating my rentals in the location.
On 03/09/2021 I made a 4 day rental at the airport in Guarulhos, I had a second driver, in the reservation there was an express check-in.
I presented my documents, along with the second driver, after 30 minutes of waiting, the employee informed that I was refused, I couldn't give the reason.
I spoke with Manager Raiza, she was extremely rude, she informed that she did not know the reason for the refusal, she even shouted "next".
In contact with the call center, he informed that he did not know the reason, then they sent several sms to evaluate the service. Even with a zero grade, they are still sending a very funny message, "Thank you, have a great night and thank you for choosing Localiza" in addition to refusing the lease of a customer with a history of multiple leases in the company, compatible credit card, they send this type of message.
This company is not serious, does not treat the customer with dignity and respect, eve of a long holiday, refuse the lease without informing the reason.
I don't know any company that treats the customer that way.
Finds never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes simpáticas e prestativas . Atendimento nota 10 mesmo . Mas se for o primeiro aluguel ,chegue com antecedência pois o sistema demora bastante para completar o cadastro .
Friendly and helpful attendants. Service grade 10 even . But if it is the first rental, arrive early as the system takes a long time to complete the registration.

Reserva realizada pelo site, muito intuitivo, ao chegar na unidade centro de Guarulhos, recepcionado pela Josie, muito atenciosa e direta ao ponto, rapidamente já estava com o carro.
Infelizmente não havia o modelo da categoria que fiz a reserva, então realizei um upgrade no ato.
Na devolução, um pouco de fila pois havia somente uma pessoa atendendo, porém o fechamento do contrato assim como a abertura foi bem simples e prático.

Reservation made through the website, very intuitive, upon arriving at the unit in the center of Guarulhos, welcomed by Josie, very helpful and direct to the point, I quickly had the car.
Unfortunately there was no model for the category I booked, so I upgraded right away.
When returning, there was a bit of a queue because there was only one person attending, but the closing of the contract as well as the opening was very simple and practical.

Ah e outra coisa, eles não fazem reserva no local, apenas pelo site!
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the problem is the infrastructure offered, there is no suitable place to wait for service.

Porém veículos na classe C nessa agência com pouquíssimas opções de escolha.
Corram do Uno. Não tem limpador do vidro traseiro e muito menos desembaçador do mesmo. Veículo para qualquer outra região do Brasil, menos para SP que chove quase a todo momento, direção mais dura que um Mercedes 1113.

Run from One. It doesn't have a rear window wiper, let alone a defroster. Vehicle for any other region of Brazil, except for SP, which rains almost all the time, driving harder than a Mercedes 1113.
