★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make a reservation and was quoted $420 reis for two days. When I arrived and the woman realized I was paying cash, she told me I had to pay $420 reis per day a total of $840. Since I am from america she thought it was okay to double charge me. I will never rent a car from them again. Very unprofessional and shady!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They found a VERY MINOR scratch on the front glass and they claimed we had to pay for a whole new one. They didnt even check the glass before hiring the car. After some discussion we ended up paying 100 reais because they realized they could "fix it" somehow...

One time somebody scratched the door real bad, it wasnt our fault and they didn't charge us for it. I thought was real cool.
