★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful for Hertz Natal - Brazil at the Airport Terminal! Rented a Hertz car in Holland but at the terminal the couldn't find the reservation in their system. We were sent away, nobody could speak any English, they just couldn't care and even refused to call their headoffice. We had to use our Dutch phone and again nobody spoke any English. After 3 hours waiting we ended up hiring and paying a second car. Never had such bad service hiring a car abroad!
