★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na localiza seminovos da Avenida Luiz de Anhaia Mello e fui muito bem atendido pelo vendedor Willian que foi muito educado paciente e prestativo, nós deixou bem a vontade para escolhermos o veículo, é o gerente Marcos também foi educado e nos tratou com muita atenção e gentileza, e o pós venda foi muito bom recomendo essa loja e procurar o vendedor Willian, eles foram nota dez.
Também higienizador João fez um ótimo serviço e nos tratou muito bem e fez uma ótima higienização, ele nos levou em outra loja, ele merecia um cargo de vendedor, alias achei a principio que fosse fosse vendedor, foi muito educado também

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem muitas opções de carros de vários modelos e cores, mas o lado negativo dessa empresa que todos ficam expostos sabe lá quanto tempo a sol,chuva etc e isso vai deixando ele com várias avarias na pintura, tirando que tem vários outros defeitos que vc acha que eles alegam que não tem, como a vez que fui tinha vários carros que estava na cara que foi batido e arrumaram em um lugar bem ruim pq fica bem explícito os detalhes do remendo, os valores não se baseiam na Fipe então não ache que vai chegar e pagar muito a baixo dela tudo depende do carro , o modelo que deseja, mas os vendedores que conheci no dia que fui são simpáticos e legais então nessa parte não tem nada a reclamar te atendem e te mostram tudo que vc quer ver e se tiver interesse em algum lá e quiser comprar iram tentar te ajudar pra vc pagar da melhor forma possível então se desejar comprar provavelmente iram tentar achar algo que seja bom prós dois lados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, atendimento até que foi legal... Claro né?qualquer vendedor que vender pra ganhar comissão. Comprei o carro o vendedor me prometeu as calotas do carro novo e até agora nada, faz uns 8 meses da venda e até hoje nem ligou. Vamos trocar de carro final de ano e não quero nem passar na porta, venda com mentira é enganação, é afastar cliente. Infelizmente tem que dar uma estrela mais a minha vontade é não dar nem uma.

I bought the car the seller promised me the hubcaps of the new car and so far nothing, it's been about 8 months since the sale and until today he hasn't even called. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais compro carro nessa empresa a 3 meses comprei um carro Etios sedan e até agora não conseguir emitir o documento junto ao Detran a empresa alega que já pagou mais não fornece o recibo para que eu cobre o Detran ! E estou sem o documento a 3 meses um absurdo ligo na central só mentiras cada um fala uma coisa diferente !!
I never buy a car from this company again 3 months ago I bought an Etios sedan car and so far I haven't been able to issue the document with the Detran the company claims it has already paid but it doesn't provide the receipt so I can cover the Detran! And I've been without the document for 3 months, it's absurd I call the central only lies, each one says a different thing!!
