Não recomendo está empresa!
Como mencionei anteriormente, comprei um Ford Ka se 2019, da localiza seminovos, com um pouco mais de 25.000 km rodados e uma promessa de parte mecânica "NOVA", porém com 16 dias após o vencimento da garantia, o veículo apresentou defeito no CORPO DE BORBOLETA, ao levar no especialista foi detectado que a mencionada peça NÃO É NOVA pois a mesma tem sinais de manutenção, sendo que o certo era ter realizado a troca.
Em contato com a central da Localiza, obtive resposta de que não é responsabilidade deles, pois já acabou a garantia. O mesmo foi ouvido do Gerente da loja, Sr. Bernardo e seu superior Eduardo.
Posto isto, TEREI QUE RECORRER A JUSTIÇA, já que ninguém pode resolver o problema.

Fui bem atendido pelo vendedor Wandrey até o dia posterior a compra do carro, depois tentei contato com o mesmo por duas vezes e fui ignorado.
Além disso, apesar de ter pegado o carro no dia posterior a compra, até hoje o despachante, terceirizado pela localiza, não agendou a transferência do veículo, e já tem 1 mês e 2 dias que estou com o possante, que por sinal após a primeira lavagem apareceu vários riscos, riscos estes que com certeza estavam "maquiados".
Sobre a garantia de 3 meses, até o momento não tenho nada a questionar, fui bem atendido na central localiza e também na oficina Alvo, ótima oficina.
Posto isto, peço a agilização na transferência do meu Ford Ka, e espero que a empresa se atente mais em melhorar, pois desse jeito, na próxima vez, quando eu for comprar minha Ferrari, passarei longe da localiza.

That said, I WILL HAVE TO APPEAL TO JUSTICE, since no one can solve the problem.

That said, I ask for speeding up the transfer of my Ford Ka, and I hope the company pays more attention to improving it, because that way, next time, when I buy my Ferrari, I'll go far away from the location.
