Em 6 meses o carro me deixou na mão duas vezes, sendo necessário reboque. Te passam uma “garantia” que não cobre nada! Péssimo negócio! Corram, fujam da furada!
Bad dealership. I bought my car in June / 2020, the car has only given me a headache. What I spent on the car could have bought a much better and newer one. In 6 months the car let me down twice, towing was necessary. You are given a "guarantee" that does not cover anything! Bad business! Run, run away from the boredom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A venda é muito boa, o vendedor (Ariel) me tratou super bem e fechamos negócio, mas o pos venda deixa a desejar. comprei um veiculo e paguei para a Tcar fazer a manutenção preventiva exigida pelo contrato, e o veículo saiu 100%, após rodar 80km o veículo apresentou defeitos, (superaquecimento do motor, catalisador furado, suspensão ruim, bobina de iguinição ruim, veículo sem macaco e chave de roda, entre outros problemas) parte dos defeitos foram solucionados por eles de pronto atendimento e parte eu tive de resolver por conta própria com concentimento da Tcar e o acordo de ser reembolsado pelos gastos, acordados por conversa de WhatsApp e celular, (que tenho registrado) coisa que não aconteceu.
O gerente financeiro (Marcelo) não me responde e o proprietário (mauricio)diz que vai reembolsar mas só fica na promessa, o reembolso é referente a compra do catalisador que estava furado fazendo acusar falha na central do veículo e dos parafusos das pinças de freio que o mecânico onde a Tcar levou o veículo deixou solto fazendo com que a pinça solta travava a roda do carro e perdia o freio. (Ambos itens de segurança obrigatório de ser revisados segundo o contrato).
The sale is very good, the seller (Ariel) treated me very well and we closed the deal, but the after sale leaves something to be desired. I bought a vehicle and paid for Tcar to do the preventive maintenance required by the contract, and the vehicle left 100%, after running 80km the vehicle had defects, (engine overheating, punctured catalytic converter, bad suspension, bad ignition coil, vehicle without jack and wheel wrench, among other problems) part of the defects were resolved by them immediately and part I had to solve on my own with Tcar's consent and the agreement to be reimbursed for the expenses, agreed by WhatsApp and cell phone conversation, ( that I have recorded) which did not happen.
The financial manager (Marcelo) does not answer me and the owner (mauricio) says he will refund but he only keeps the promise, the refund refers to the purchase of the catalytic converter that was punctured causing failure in the vehicle's central and the brake caliper screws that the mechanic where Tcar took the vehicle left loose causing the loose caliper to lock the car wheel and lose the brake. (Both safety items mandatory to be reviewed according to the contract).
