O Jhonathan foi quem me atendeu e me deu toda atenção imediatamente, pois eu precisava do controle para fazer minhas lives. Percebi também o atendimento a outros clientes, com problemas em seus consoles, comprando jogos e semelhantes, e recomendo que levem, que conversem e procurem uma solução com a Hot Games. São pessoas boas e honestas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um Playstation 4 semi novo e dei meu Xbox 360 com 32 jogos originais e kinect e comprei,porém no final de Setembro parou de ligar e levei na loja no inicio de Outubro e após longas discussões como fiacaria, foi me prometido concerto, que não houve e nem reposição ou resarcimento do valor. Advogado amigo meu encaminhou e-mail e não responderam, entrei no Procon e não acerto e vou levar este caso no Juízado de Pequenas Causas para reaver meu dinheiro.
Se alguém ler recomendo que não compre na Hot Games
I bought a semi new Playstation 4 and gave my Xbox 360 with 32 original games and kinect and bought it, but at the end of September it stopped calling and I took it to the store in early October and after long discussions as a fiacaria, I was promised a concert , that there was no replacement or reimbursement of the value. A lawyer friend of mine sent an email and they didn't respond, I went to Procon and I didn't get it right and I'm going to take this case to the Small Claims Court to get my money back.
If anyone reads I recommend not to buy from Hot Games
