★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou indignado com A TIM, pois fui surpreendido hoje 29/02, preciso de serviços na loja e para minha surpresa a única Loja na Praia Grande e São Vicente foram fechadas, atendimento agora somente em Santos. Informações dadas no shopping. Única saída migrar para outras operadoras que nos dão suporte. Fica a dica para quem tem TIM e possa precisar.
I am outraged with TIM, because I was surprised today 29/02, I need services in the store and to my surprise the only store in Praia Grande and São Vicente were closed, now service only in Santos. Information given at the mall. Only exit to migrate to other carriers that support us. The tip is for anyone who has TIM and may need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem o que promete, me convenceram a fazer a portabilidade para a Tim , e que eu teria um bom desconto num aparelho celular atrelado na minha conta, assinei o contrato(num sábado e o vendedor disse que eu podia pegar o aparelho na segunda) e quando fui pegar o aparelho dizeram que não podiam fazer desconto nenhum .muita sacanagem .Se arrependimento matasse.....
They do not deliver what they promise, they convinced me to do portability for Tim, and that I would have a good discount on a mobile device linked to my account, I signed the contract (on a Saturday and the seller said I could get the device on Monday) and when I went to get the device they said that they could not make any discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de avaliar com 5 estrelas mas infelizmente acho que a empresa deveria investir mais em antenas ou algo no sentido de melhor o sinal em todas as regiões, pois afinal querermos " viver sem fronteiras".
Obs: Me refiro a cidade de Praia Grande,bairro Vila Sônia.
I would like to rate it with 5 stars but unfortunately I think the company should invest more in antennas or something towards better signal in all regions, because after all we want to "live without borders".
Note: I refer to the city of Praia Grande, Vila Sônia neighborhood.

Ontem estava no plaza, que está abrindo com tempo limitado, esperei na fila e a atendente, simplesmente não QUIS me atender sob a alegação de que não estaria com sistema, mas a pessoa que foi antes, era pra comprar um celular e o sistema estava funcionando, como eu só preciso de um chip, acredito que ela quis esperar por uma venda melhor, para ter mais comissão...SIMPLESMENTE PÉSSIMA ESSA LOJA DA TIM NO LITORAL PLAZA.
Store with staff totally without commitment to anything. Yesterday I was at the plaza, which is opening with limited time, I waited in line and the attendant, just didn't WANT to answer me on the grounds that I wouldn't have a system, but the person who went before, was to buy a cell phone and the system was working, as I only need a chip, I believe that she wanted to wait for a better sale, to have more commission ... SIMPLY REALLY THIS TIM STORE ON THE PLAZA COAST.
