Fui lá sem saber de nada do meu telefone A71 achei que tinha perdido tudo dele fotos Contatos arquivo ,mais a atendente Camila resolveu tudo para mim recuperou tudo do meu celular fotos tudo mesmo configurou ele ,meu celular tá novo com tudo programado de backup certinho e ainda recuperou a senha do meu e-mail.Essa atendente tem muita paciência com as pessoas principalmente quem é idoso atenciosa educada bom coração agradeço muito ela por me ajudar.O técnico também muito bom de serviço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava na região pesquisando um lugar para reparar meu telefone, depois de passar por uns 5 avistei a Phonetruck dentro de um shopping, chegando lá já me deparei com a Camila, atendimento impecável, super gente boa, engraçada e parecia que conhecia a anos, tinha também um técnico que não lembro o nome mas super educado, nos explicou sobre os procedimentos a serem feitos e ainda deu dicas, nos deu total atenção e suporte. Peguei meu telefone S10 Plus no dia útil seguinte e em perfeito estado, funcionando perfeitamente depois de uma reparação de tela. Por incrível que pareça, o serviço ficou 100 reais mais barato e pasmem: se fosse mais caro eu faria somente por conta da hospitalidade, Um bom atendimento é tudo!
I was in the region looking for a place to repair my phone, after going through about 5 I saw the Phonetruck inside a mall, when I got there I came across Camila, impeccable service, super nice, funny people and it seemed like I had known her for years, she had also a technician whose name I don't remember but super polite, explained to us about the procedures to be done and even gave tips, gave us full attention and support. I picked up my S10 Plus phone the next business day and it is in mint condition, working perfectly after a screen repair. Amazingly, the service was 100 reais cheaper and amazingly: if it were more expensive I would do it just because of the hospitality, A good service is everything!
