★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca me senti tão mal em estar numa loja onde ninguém lhe dar o suporte necessário para te ajudar! Fiz minha portabilidade e haviam me dito algumas das redes sociais eram ilimitadas , sendo que em menos de uma semana o que era " ilimitado" acabou!
Um absurdo, liguei na central várias vezes e ainda fui na loja física mais de duas vezes sem espectativa de saber o que havia acontecido. Em duas semanas de uso eu já estava sem internet!!!
Várias desculpas esfarrapadas me foram ditas, e ninguém consegui me dar o mínimo de suporte.
Eu já cancelei, e não recomendo a ninguém!
I've never felt so bad about being in a store where no one will give you the support you need to help you! I did my portability and I was told some of the social networks were unlimited, and in less than a week what was "unlimited" was over!
An absurd, I called the central several times and even went to the physical store more than twice without expecting to know what had happened. In two weeks of use I was already without internet!!!
Several lame excuses were made to me, and no one was able to support me in the slightest.
I already canceled it, and I don't recommend it to anyone!

Por não entender muito de tecnologia e desconhecer a procedência de alguns modelos de celular, fui até a essa loja para comprar um celular. A atendente Aline me atendeu e a princípio eu tinha me interessado pelo S20fe, mas a Aline me disse que as configurações do M12 eram bem similares ao S20, e que só mudava características externas, falou que o mesmo era de 6gb, que era tão bom quanto o S20 e que eu não ia me arrepender, acabei comprando por acreditar no que ela havia descrito. Quando cheguei em casa, fui pesquisar e para minha surpresa era um aparelho bem inferior, e nada que ela havia falado era verdade. Retornei na loja no dia seguinte e não teve acordo, ela não quis cancelar a compra , e me disse para eu procurar os meus direitos. Voltei outra vez e nada. Além de eu ter sido enganado sobre o aparelho, ELA NÃO ME DEU NOTA FISCAL DO PRODUTO. Como pode, uma loja da TIM localizada em um conceituado shopping não emitir nota fiscal dos seus produtos? Estou indignado com o atendimento, com as mentiras só para garantir a venda e por não ter nem a NF de um produto que paguei 500,00 mais caro que os preços da internet. O celular está guardado, intacto e da forma que me foi entregue por tamanha insatisfação pela compra que fiz.
I had a problem with my cell phone and needed to buy an emergency one. Because I don't understand much about technology and don't know the origin of some cell phone models, I went to this store to buy a cell phone. Aline attendant attended me and at first I had been interested in the S20fe, but Aline told me that the M12's settings were very similar to the S20, and that it only changed external characteristics, she said it was 6gb, which was so good as for the S20 and that I wouldn't regret it, I ended up buying it because I believed what she had described. When I got home, I did some research and to my surprise it was a very inferior device, and nothing she had said was true. I returned to the store the next day and there was no agreement, she did not want to cancel the purchase, and told me to look for my rights. I came back again and nothing. In addition to being deceived about the device, SHE DID NOT GIVE ME INVOICE FOR THE PRODUCT. How can a TIM store located in a renowned mall not issue invoices for its products? I'm outraged with the service, with the lies just to guarantee the sale and for not even having the invoice for a product that I paid 500.00 more than internet prices. The cell phone is kept, intact and in the way it was delivered to me because of such dissatisfaction with the purchase I made.
