Li vĂĄrios relatos de outros clientes falando o mesmo. A Vivo nĂŁo dĂĄ solução, nĂŁo cancela a compra, nĂŁo permite retirada em loja, enfim estou no escuro. GENTE NAO COMPREM PELO SITE. A LOJA NAO ENTREGA . Vou ter que entrar com processo judicial.
I bought a device through the online store on 11/30/2020 and did not receive it. The carrier Sequoia says there was an attempted delivery on Dec 08, 2020. LIE! I read several reports from other customers saying the same thing. Vivo does not provide a solution, does not cancel the purchase, does not allow withdrawal in store, in short I am in the dark. PEOPLE DO NOT BUY THROUGH THE SITE. THE STORE DOES NOT DELIVER. I will have to file a lawsuit.
