★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja vivo é sempre meio difícil. O atendimento nem sempre é educado. Mas dei sorte dessa vez. Fui atendida por um rapaz educadissimo, gentil e alegre. Resolveu todos os meus problemas de forma bem legal. Pena que esqueci o nome dele. Mas ele se destaca na loja, pela educação e gentileza. Suave na nave. Se a vivo tivesse mais funcionários assim, seria o sucesso absoluto. Acho que o moço se chama Pedro, ou Daniel.
The live store is always kind of hard. Service is not always polite. But I got lucky this time. I was attended by a polite, kind and cheerful young man. Solved all my problems in a very nice way. Too bad I forgot his name. But he stands out in the store, for his politeness and kindness. Smooth on the ship. If vivo had more employees like that, it would be an absolute success. I think the boy's name is Pedro, or Daniel.
