Por um erro no processo, a côr da minha tinta veio errada, pois era uma lata de 18 l para terminar a obra.
Escrevi para eles pelo whatsapp e relatei o ocorrido.
Os funcionários prontamente se disponibilizaram em resolver o meu problema, com muito respeito e educação !
Entregaram a tinta certa na hora em pouquíssimo tempo e ainda deixaram a "errada" para mim como cortesia !
Achei uma postura excelente ! Parabéns a loja !
Já fiz novas compras após o ocorrido !
I had a super positive experience of the store this week.
Due to an error in the process, the color of my paint came wrong, as it was an 18 l can to finish the work.
I wrote to them via whatsapp and reported what had happened.
The staff promptly made themselves available to solve my problem, with great respect and politeness!
They delivered the right ink on time in a very short time and even left the "wrong" one for me as a courtesy!
I thought it was an excellent posture! Congratulations to the store!
I have already made new purchases after the event!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu praticamente só compro lá. Os profissionais são atenciosos, conhecem do negócio e não ficam tentado empurrar produtos, mas entender e resolver o problema que o cliente apresenta. Os profissionais que atendem atuam como consultores e por isso vale a pena comprar um pouco mais caro que nas lojas online.
O trânsito ao redor é complicado, mas sempre há um lugarzinho para parar o carro por alguns minutos e comprar o que precisa.
I pretty much just shop there. The professionals are attentive, know the business and are not tempted to push products, but to understand and solve the problem that the customer presents. The professionals who serve act as consultants and therefore it is worth buying a little more expensive than in online stores.
The traffic around is complicated, but there is always a little place to stop the car for a few minutes and buy what you need.
