★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhi um item e paguei, quando fui testar, a vendedora falou que lançou o produto errado, demoraram 50 minutos para fazer a troca e me disseram que a nota fiscal demoraria uma semana para chegar na loja e que eu teria que buscá-la, pedi para enviar por e-mail e disseram que não era possível, que o procedimento de troca era esse e que não poderiam fazer mais nada.
O erro foi da vendedora e o gerente foi incapaz de resolver o problema que eles mesmos criaram.
Detalhe, a diferença era de apenas 10 reais.
I chose an item and paid, when I went to test it, the saleswoman said that she launched the wrong product, they took 50 minutes to make the exchange and they told me that the invoice would take a week to arrive at the store and that I would have to pick it up, I asked to send by email and they said that it was not possible, that the exchange procedure was this and that they could not do anything else.
It was the seller's mistake and the manager was unable to resolve the problem they created themselves.
