Levei ate lá e passaram do prazo cerca de um dia.
Chegando em casa notei que os botões de volume estavam colados e o microfone não funcionava (não poderia fazer ligações e nem gravar audio).
Foi necessário retornar logo no dia seguinte para arrumar o problema que não tinha quando deixei.
Pediram o prazo de dois dias, isso se eu levasse na parte da manhã daquele mesmo dia.
Levei e depois de dois dias estava pronto.
Trouxe para casa e agora está com chiado quando eu gravo devido ao microfone.
Pediram o prazo de 1 semana para arrumar.
Detalhe: esqueceram o chip deles no meu celular, vou ter que ir até lá pela 3 vez. Porém, quando eu puder.
Um problema chato é que horário de funcionamento, dizem, que é até às 18h. Mas às 17h40 você liga e ninguém te atende. Eu liguei 4 vezes nesse período e como ninguém atendeu, acabei deixando de ir até lá com receio de não ter ninguém.
Queria dar uma nota maior, infelizmente, pela minha experiência... Não dá.

Detail: they forgot their chip on my cell phone, I will have to go there for the 3rd time. However, when I can.
An annoying problem is that opening hours, they say, are until 6pm. But at 5:40 pm you call and no one answers you. I called 4 times in that period and since no one answered, I ended up not going there for fear of having no one.
I wanted to give it a higher grade, unfortunately, from my experience ... I can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa totalmente desrespeitosa com o cliente, não cumprem com o prazo, ficam adiando, quando finalmente falam que está pronto e mandam eu ir buscar as 21hrs em um shopping, quando chego no shopping falam que o celular não está pronto e que estará pronto as 9 da manhã do dia seguinte no escritório, chego no escritório as 09:30 do dia seguinte e adivinha ?! Não tinham nem começado a arrumar o celular!
Com certeza não recomendo a ninguém!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim e pouca clareza nas informações passadas. Além disso, realizei uma troca de bateria no meu aparelho motorola e, em torno de 6 meses depois a bateria estufou. Não recomendo.
Edit: meu celular está no conserto no momento. A falta de clareza foi sobre os próprios procedimentos da empresa, o que é feito no quiosque ou somente no prédio, o tempo para realizar o reparo etc. No fim, isso não prejudicou o resultado, mas foi um pouco irritante os desencontros por causa disso.
Poor service and poor clarity of past information. In addition, I performed a battery change on my motorola device and about 6 months later the battery ran out. I do not recommend.
Edit: My cell phone is currently being repaired. The lack of clarity was about the company's own procedures, what is done in the kiosk or only in the building, the time to perform the repair etc. In the end, that didn't hurt the result, but the disagreements over it were a little annoying.
