Me deram prazo de 30 dias úteis e somente após mais de 3 meses eu recebi os produtos, com muito desgaste e com agendamento no Procon, pois nenhum funcionário entrou em contato comigo para sequer dar uma satisfação. Eu que fui atrás e fiquei dia após dia procurando respostas. Absurdo, total falta de respeito com o cliente. Não indico nem pra um inimigo!

I went after it and stayed day after day looking for answers. Absurd, total lack of respect for the customer. I do not even indicate to an enemy!
