★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mercadoria em si é boa com roupas e tudo que se vende, porém a loja é muito ruim em relação ao financeiro, toda vez que precisamos resolver alguma coisa, é uma burocracia leva-se horas e o cliente não sai satisfeito, sempre eles querem ter razão e ainda acham que sempre estão certos, mas, não estão. Os funcionários do setor de cartão sempre querem obrigar o cliente a fazer um seguro num valor absurdo para o cliente ter assesso ao cartão pessoal da loja, caso não faça o seguro não pode fazer o cartão também, a Leader é péssima, não indico pra ninguém.

eu ganhar um desconto de 10%. No mesmo momento perguntei se isso era proposta de cartão e a mesma disse não ser. Tentam enganar os clientes com esse papo mole. E no final quando fui efetuar o pagamento disseram que não precisava pois viria no meu cartão a compra! Como assim? Haahahah E não é nem pelo cartão que faço essa reclamação, mas sim por tentarem fazer o cliente de bobo. Vai querer ganhar comissão assim em outro lugar. Fazem o cliente de trouxa na maior cara dura e quando você reclama fazem cara de que como o cliente estivesse errado. Atendimento da pior qualidade possível.
