★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz retiradas de pedido nesta loja, onde nas duas vezes tinha direito a cupom de desconto, válido somente para o dia da retirada. Só que ao invés da atendente me entregar o cupom, ela solicitou meu cpf e pôs no cupom e segurou ele no caixa informando que eu deveria andar pela loja e ver se eu queria levar algo, sendo que eu não queria e ela deveria ter entregue meu cupom assim que eu fiz a retirada. A outra filial que costumo fazer a retirada nunca fez isso, independente se eu levo ou não algo eles sempre me entregaram o cupom. Infelizmente, percebi que é um hábito comum nessa loja de segurar cupons com o CPF do cliente, pois na primeira retirada fizeram isso mas não me liguei no momento, na segunda retirada fiz questão do meu cupom entregue.

Unfortunately, I realized that it's a common habit in this store to hold coupons with the customer's CPF, because in the first withdrawal they did that but I didn't call at the moment, in the second withdrawal I insisted on my coupon delivered.
