I've been having problems with connection quality (constant drops) and the company simply has only one support contact, which, by the way, is never available. Always busy and we never get in touch.

We hired the uplink for our apartment is one month old and it's the fourth night without internet. Contact numbers do not work and Whatssap service takes time to respond. Want to see this comment and want good advice, don't hire uplink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade e péssimo atendimento. Empresa vende uma coisa e faz outra. Tentei fazer um cancelamento e só consegui qnd abrir reclamação no PROCON. Ainda quiseram me cobrar uma multa de cancelamento indevida.
Poor quality and terrible service. Company sells one thing and does another. I tried to make a cancellation and only managed to open a complaint in PROCON. They still wanted to charge me an improper cancellation penalty.
