★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima...quando vai alugar,vc é bem atendido,super educados...a maior dificuldade estar em resolver os problemas das casas maquiadas que nos entregam,e maior dificuldade é em esperar uma vistoria,e receber o seu dinheiro de volta..,eu poderia passar o dia aqui contando pra vcs os péssimos meses e transtornos que vivi nessa casa da Pedro pinho com minha família..e hj. Dificuldade que temos em receber nosso dinheiro de volta..tudo põe um imprevisto ,o dono é isso ou aquilo..contas absurdas que não foram usadas por nós...caixa d'água que se rompe..tenho fotos que assustam qualquer inquilino...casa com vazamento... Meu Deus que inferno....espero de vdd que TD se resolva logo...imobiliária pede trinta dias pra devolver o dinheiro..mas não espera um dia no atraso que já é multa...incrível isso..fora que saímos da casa já tem mais de dez Dias

Kelly a imobiliária em momento algum deixou de lhe atender, assim que você entrou em contato conosco para informar que o telhado estava com problemas acionamos o proprietário, o mesmo efetuou orçamentos para reparo, contratou o pedreiro e comprou o material, o reparo ja foi efetuado, você entrou em contato novamente informando de um problema na descarga, lhe informei que isso e manutenção do inquilino, pois descarga ocorre defeitos por uso, quanto ao aluguel se não for pago na data precisamos sim verificar pois o repasse ao proprietário tem data para ocorrer, não lhe cobramos e sim perguntamos se você já tinha efetuado. Todos os contatos foram feitos por mim e estou disponível sempre que precisar, Grata! Janaina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do tempo que se passou e para outros não passarem pelos mesmos problemas, faço o meu relato : O meu problema com essa Imobiliária foi o repasse do aluguel que mesmo sendo sendo garantido, sempre me era repassado com atraso, inclusive um mês, o atraso foi de dez dias, e era pago com pequenas diferenças ( 5,00 a 10,00 a menor) , o que foi quase tudo resolvido, quando encerrado o contrato.O marido da Inquilina derrubou uma placa do forro e a imobiliária só foi me comunicou meses depois, qdo houve desistencia da locação por não ter condições de continuar a pagar o aluguel.E, como a responsável pela locação não
conseguiu chegar a um acordo com os Inquilinos, sobre multas pela desistência do contrato e pagto do estrago causado, os mesmos entraram na Justiça com uma ação e o meu nome que, sempre cuido com muito zelo, foi parar no Judiciário no polo passivo ( ré) , coisa que nunca havia
acontecido antes.Fora isso também não me enviaram relatório dos aluguéis para imposto de renda, conforme a responsável
do setor de locação havia prometido .Por esses motivos e mais, não recomendo essa Imobiliária .

Se puderem evitar alugar com essa imobiliária façam isso, no ato da assinatura do contrato tudo é perfeito te escutam e tiram todas as dúvidas e isso é o que mais me entristece pois depois de alugado o encanto some, todos os problemas que surgem no imóvel e são relatados a imobiliária precisam ser falados mil vezes pois sempre são ignorados até chegar em ponto crítico, você insiste em relatar o problema e depois de muito desgaste emocional e físico em correr atrás dos reparos que por sinal são obrigações contratuais você recebe uma resposta de que deve aguardar agendamento para o serviço e isso leva mais tempo e paciência, agora para alugar casas ou receber aluguel são bem rápidos dispostos só que assistência não se tem nenhuma, olhem bem ao visitar imoveis deles pois a maioria tem defeitos que so são "maquiados" e te darão dor de cabeca durante o contrato ao pedir reparo jogam a culpa no proprietário e se tudo depende do proprietário pra que pagar para imobiliária?
Me mandaram um pedreiro depois de meses relatando um problema estrutural no imóvel que só enfeitou a situação ao invés de resolver; em telefone já fui até mal tratada por funcionários que até insinuam que quem causou os problemas no imóvel foram os inquilinos e mais uma observação:
Há funcionários que levam o filho para o trabalho essa imobiliaria é mesmo uma referência em falta de profissionalismo
Não voltaria a alugar com eles e quem pergunta eu recomendo que passe bem longe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou vizinha de um imóvel que está sob a responsabilidade desta imobiliária, cujos proprietários são os donos do imóvel também. Estou há meses tentando contato com eles e informando sobre um vazamento que ocorre há anos no meu imóvel.
Fiz uma reforma no ano passado para tentar minimizar o vazamento, mas todo o trabalho está se perdendo graças à irresponsabilidade e falta de respeito dos proprietários da Luar.
Imagino o nível de serviço por eles prestado.
