O ideal seria colocar alguém competente e responsável para fazer esse tipo de atendimento.

Tiveram problemas com o proprietário que íamos alugar, e a imobiliária nos tratou com descaso, especificamente a atendente Fernanda sempre muito ignorante, as vezes sem atender nossas ligações, fiquei sem ter onde morar um período devido ao mal planejamento e a falta de informação. NÃO RECOMENDO e irei reclamar em todos os canais possíveis.
Bad service, I never try to do business with them again. They had problems with the landlord we were going to rent, and the real estate dealt with us with disregard, specifically the attendant Fernanda always very ignorant, sometimes without answering our calls, I was left with no place to live due to poor planning and lack of information. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and I will complain on every possible channel.

Manda msg no WhatsApp ninguém responde, quando responde falam que o corretor vai entrar em contato. Mais ninguém entra em contato. Você manda msg para o corretor, o corretor não responde. Proprietários pensem bem antes de divulgar seu imóvel nesta imobiliária.

Send a msg on WhatsApp, no one responds, when they respond they say that the broker will get in touch. No one else gets in touch. You send msg to the broker, the broker does not respond. Owners think carefully before advertising their property in this real estate agency.

Ainda bem que já vi que é ruim no começo porque alugar algo nessa imobiliária deve ser a maior dor de cabeça do mundo. NÃO RECOMENDO DE JEITO NENHUM, ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO AO CLIENTE.

Liguei 1 vez pela manhã e me disseram que contato é apenas pelo whatsapp. A tarde liguei e a recepcionista/atendende disse que não tinha como passar para ninguém e que por que tem muita demanda durante o final de semana, na segunda eles demoram mesmo para retornar, mas que é para aguardar que retornam pelo celular. Estava muito interessada em um imóvel, mas parti para outra opção em função do descaso com clientes. Só fiz essa reclamação porque imagino que o proprietário não deve imaginar da quantidade de negócios perdidos por conta do péssimo atendimento.
Terrible attendance. Customer sends whatsapp and they don't return. I called 1 time in the morning and they told me that contact is only by whatsapp. In the afternoon I called and the receptionist/attendant said that there was no way to pass it on to anyone and that because there is a lot of demand during the weekend, on Monday they really take time to return, but that it is to wait for them to return by cell phone. I was very interested in a property, but I went for another option due to the neglect with customers. I only made this complaint because I imagine that the owner must not imagine the amount of business lost due to the bad service.
