★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência, para conseguir contato com a empresa é preciso muita insistência. Os funcionários são desinformados, não se preocupam em entregar um serviço de qualidade para o cliente. Fiquei muito interessada em um imóvel , entrei em contato por 3 ou 4 dias consecutivos, mas não me retornaram. Uma outra pessoa que entrou em contato com a empresa depois de mim , conseguiu alugar o imóvel e ela só foi respondida porque havia um prestador de serviços dentro do mesmo, ou seja, pra fechar negócio é preciso ter a sorte de conseguir contato com a Imobiliária. Eu não a recomendo.
 I had a bad experience, getting in touch with the company requires a lot of insistence. Employees are uninformed, not concerned with delivering quality customer service. I was very interested in a property, I got in touch for 3 or 4 consecutive days, but they didn't get back to me. Another person who contacted the company after me managed to rent the property and she was only answered because there was a service provider within it, that is, to close a deal you must be lucky enough to get in touch with the real estate agency. . I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Para quem quer alugar algum imóvel, eu não recomendo. É uma burocracia sem fim e no final, vc fica pra lá de estressada e ainda, não consegue alugar nada.
Parece que nem querem alugar...
Awful! For anyone looking to rent a property, I do not recommend it. It's an endless bureaucracy and in the end, you get beyond stressed and still, you can't rent anything.
Looks like they don't even want to rent...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc for dono de algum imóvel, cuidado ao disponibilizar através desta imobiliária, não sabem atender clientes que querem alocar imóvel, uma semana e nada de retorno, péssimo atendimento, pós venda terrível, cuidado já temos quinto andar, loft e outras surgindo, vcs são grandes mais quanto mais grande maior a queda.
If you own a property, be careful when making it available through this real estate agency, they don't know how to serve customers who want to allocate property, a week and no return, terrible service, terrible after sale, be careful we already have a fifth floor, loft and others coming up, you are big the bigger the bigger the drop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência horrível.. não recomendo, tudo marcado para a visita do imóvel, e quando se aproximava do horário marcado, cancelaram encima da hora sem aviso prévio. Pior quando cheguei ainda consta a placa de aluga-se.. péssimo.. e outra no whatsapp atendimento péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento zero profissionalismo, agendei uma visita em um imóvel o corretor marcou meu horário no dia confirmou cmg, no dia me disse que não estaria lá mas eu poderia pegar a chave e ir visitar o imóvel. Cheguei lá e as chaves não estavam disponíveis entrei em contato com o corretor que pediu para q eu esperasse para devolverem a chave fiquei mais de uma hora esperando e nada.
Não se importam com os clientes muito menos com o tempo e disponibilidade das pessoas
Terrible service, zero professionalism, I scheduled a visit to a property, the broker made my appointment on the day he confirmed with me, on the day he told me he wouldn't be there but I could get the key and go visit the property. I got there and the keys were not available I contacted the broker who asked me to wait for them to return the key I waited over an hour and nothing.
They don't care about customers much less about people's time and availability

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro começou com o primeiro atendimento com a imobiliaria. Foram 10 dias só pra alguem responder. Depois de conversar um pouco, marquei um visita com o corretor Guilherme, atendimento ruim. Combinei com ele na sexta-feira sobre fazer uma visita em um imovel hoje as 14h. Hoje mandei mensagem na parte da manhã para confirmar a visita, ele visualizou minha mensagem e não respondeu. Mandei mensagem novamente quase 13h e nada. Falta de comprometimento, falta de educação. Péssimo
First it started with the first service with the real estate. It took 10 days just for someone to respond. After talking a bit, I scheduled a visit with the broker Guilherme, bad service. I arranged with him on Friday about visiting a property today at 2pm. Today I texted in the morning to confirm the visit, he viewed my message and did not respond. I texted again around 1pm and nothing. Lack of commitment, lack of education. Terrible
