★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá retratil na Loja da Babita Camargos que apresentou problema após um ano de uso na catraca e depois no estofado. Solicitei visita varias vezes para que um tecnico avaliasse o problema , mas não obtive retorno. Conversei com uma atendente via watzap e expliquei o problema , mas fui informado que a garantia não cobre estofado, mesmo eu explicando que so uso geralmente aos finais de semana pois trabalhamos o dia todo e ainda não temos filhos. Um absurdo essa resposta pois nem se quer foi sugerido uma avaliação do meu problema. Na hora da compra te tratam bem e no pós venda não fazem questão de resolver seu problema.
 I bought a retractable sofa at Loja da Babita Camargos that had a problem after a year of use in the turnstile and then in the upholstery. I requested a visit several times for a technician to assess the problem, but I did not get a return. I talked to an attendant via watzap and explained the problem, but I was informed that the warranty does not cover upholstery, even though I explain that I only use it on weekends because we work all day and still have no children. This answer is absurd because an evaluation of my problem was not even suggested. At the time of purchase they treat you well and after sales do not insist on solving your problem.

Perde a densidade .
Tomei prejuízo em um sofá normal e um retrátil.
Vc qdo vê na loja é firme .
Entregam outra mercadoria e no início não desconfiei.Pessima qualidade
