★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após 55 minutos de espera na loja física, solicitei o cancelamento do meu pedido, não volto nunca mais, a loja estava vazia e tinham poucos pedidos sendo feitos, não deram nenhuma explicação para a demora, outros clientes fizeram o mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, fiquei esperando meia hora, quando fui reclamar do meu pedido me disseram que o pedido nem tinha sido enviado para a cozinha. Pedi meu dinheiro e volta, e o livro de reclamações da procon, também não tinham sendo que teriam que te por lei.
Horrible service, I was waiting half an hour, when I complained about my order they told me that the order had not even been sent to the kitchen. I asked for my money and back, and the procon complaints book, they also didn't have to have to you by law.

Fiz um pedido que era pra demorar de 15 a 20 minutos, quando já se alcançavam 40 minutos de espera desisti e pedi o cancelamento, para piorar o restaurante se recusou a fazer o estorno e disse que não esperei tanto assim. Enfim, para falar em bom português: FUI ROUBADO!
Experience was horrible! I made an order that was to take 15 to 20 minutes, when the waiting time was 40 minutes ago I gave up and asked for a cancellation, to make matters worse the restaurant refused to make the chargeback and said I didn't wait that long. Anyway, to speak in good Portuguese: I WAS STOLEN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma decepção! Pedi um "Mega Balde", onde viriam 25 pedaços de frango + batata frita. O corte de frango que tinha mais carne eram os drumetes, e só vieram 4 unidades!!! Eu teria vergonha de contar como pedaço de carne uns "palitinhos" torrados que vieram com um ossinho no meio (vide foto). Também não recomendo o molho cheddar. Além da consistência estranha, o sabor é igualzinho àqueles requeijões sabor cheddar de qualidade bem inferior.
Além disso, levou 1 hora e 15 minutos para o nosso pedido chegar. Por isso, a batata chegou mole.
A disappointment! I ordered a "Mega Bucket", where 25 pieces of chicken + fries would come. The cut of chicken that had more meat were the drumetes, and only came 4 units !!! I would be ashamed to count as a piece of meat some roasted "chopsticks" that came with a bone in the middle (see photo). I also don't recommend the cheddar sauce. In addition to the strange consistency, the flavor is just like those cheddar cheese with a much lower quality.
In addition, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for our order to arrive. So the potato arrived soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tilápia com legumes, purê e arroz, péssima refeição. Provavelmente a pior tilapia que já experimentei alem de uma pessima aparência e tendo sabor horroroso e um forte odor. Quanto aos legumes parece aquela seleta de legumes em lata compradas em supermercados.
Tilapia with vegetables, puree and rice, terrible meal. Probably the worst tilapia I've ever experienced besides looking bad and having a horrible taste and a strong odor. As for vegetables it looks like that select canned vegetable bought in supermarkets.

O frango não tem a crocância do frito, parece aqueles nuggets congelados que são colocados no forno pra esquentar. Eu fazendo o nugget congelado em casa fica crocante e perfeito. Pensei que era frango empanado e fiquei esperando isso ao comer.
O cheddar tem uma péssima qualidade.
I was very disappointed with the product.
The chicken doesn't have the crispness of the fried, it looks like those frozen nuggets that are put in the oven to heat up. Me making the frozen nugget at home is crispy and perfect. I thought it was breaded chicken and I was expecting it when I ate it.
The cheddar is of poor quality.

Compramos uma parmegiana, a atendente disse que levaria 30 a 32 minutos, o tempo passou, cheguei para reclamar e ela teve a cara de pau de dizer que tinha dito que levaria 35 a 45 minutos. Depois de 56 minutos e muita reclamação, nossa comida chegou. A comida até que foi boa, mas nem se fosse abater o frango pra fazer a parmegiana, justificaria o tempo de espera. Amei nota 0.
In the good Bahian, it's a disgrace! We bought a parmigiana, the attendant said it would take 30 to 32 minutes, time passed, I arrived to complain and she had the nerve to say that she had said it would take 35 to 45 minutes.
