★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo whatsapp, deixam vc falando na metade da conversa, precisei pedir mais de 2 vezes o número do Pix, solicitei entrega por motoboy e me disseram que entregaria no mesmo dia.. fiquei esperando até às 20:00.. sem nenhuma satisfação, entrei em contato no outro dia pela manhã e disseram que não acharam motoboy, mas que me mandariam após as 9:00.... Entrei em contato novamente ao meio dia e ainda não tinham sequer pedido a retirada... Precisa melhorar e muito... Não recomendo e jamais farei negócios novamente..
Bad service through whatsapp, they leave you talking in the middle of the conversation, I had to ask for more than 2 times the Pix number, I requested delivery by courier and they told me I would deliver it on the same day.. I waited until 20:00.. without any satisfaction , I got in touch the other day in the morning and they said they couldn't find a courier, but they would send me after 9:00.... I got in touch again at noon and they still hadn't even asked for the pick-up... Needs to improve and a lot... I don't recommend it and I will never do business again..
