Bad service! Phrase that defines store service. If they want to buy at Lupo, as we do, they go to another store, but not in Pátio Paulista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iríamos entrar na loja física já com a intenção de compra fechada, mas vendedoras sem máscara num espaço tão pequeno me fizeram desistir, ainda mais quando falei em voz audível e elas debocharam. Péssimo exemplo.
We were going to enter the physical store with the purchase intention already closed, but unmasked salespeople in such a small space made me give up, especially when I spoke in an audible voice and they made fun of it. Bad example.
