Como minha amiga não gostou da Studio fix, falei sobre as outras bases da Mac disponiveis, então quando fomos perguntar para a atendente se ela poderia nos mostrar outras opções, ela falou que a única base que poderia dar certo era a Studio fix e que minha amiga é que estava aplicando errado, virou as costas e foi falar com outra cliente que já estava sendo atendida... Um absurdo! A Mac tem pelo menos 8 (OITO) variedades de base pra todos os gostos! Fomos em seguida à American news, onde fomos exteemextrem bem recebidas e gastamos muito mais, mas mais satisfeitas, porque um atendimento de qualidade é tudo! A Mac já tem maquiagens excelentes, pecou no treinamento dos funcionários dessa filial, já que na do Iguatemi nunca tive problemas...

Mac has at least 8 (EIGHT) basic varieties for all tastes! We then went to American news, where we were well received and spent much more, but more satisfied, because quality service is everything! Mac already has excellent makeup, sinned in the training of employees at that branch, since at Iguatemi I never had any problems ...

A loja não tinha a cor do corretivo que eu queria, mesmo assim ela me indicou o site, me deu um cartão e testou um delineador que eu estava na dúvida se era bom ou não. Eu estava toda desarrumada e fui bem tratada, na verdade, tinha deixado a loja do Iguatemi com um gosto amargo, não digo que fui mal atendida pq nem me atenderam e olha que eu era a única dentro da loja naquele momento. Amei o atendimento no Riomar (que por sinal tava lotado no pós natal), odiei o do Iguatemi.
I loved the service, I was attended by a girl named Renata. The store was not the color of the concealer I wanted, yet she referred me to the site, gave me a card and tested an eyeliner that I was in doubt as to whether it was good or not. I was all messed up and treated well, in fact, I had left the Iguatemi store with a bitter taste, I do not say I was poorly attended because they did not attend me and look that I was the only one inside the store at that time. Loved the service in Riomar (which was crowded after Christmas), hated the one of Iguatemi.
