Assinei o contrato com a imobiliária no dia 05/05 fiz a vistoria e a imobiliária não me avisou que o gás estava desligado e precisaria religar junto com a Comgas. no dia da minha mudança (10 dias depois da vistoria) descobri que o apartamento estava sem gas.
Questionei a imobiliária e o corretor foi super mal educado, e perguntou "voce não leu o contrato?" , porem NAO FUI AVISADA que precisaria religar o gás, essa é a obrigação da Imobiliária AVISAR O INQUILINO DE TUDO.. esse é o trabalho do corretor e não meu de adivinhar!!
enfim, o corretor foi super mau educado, grosso e irônico diante do meu problema, estou a 4 dias sem gás me mudei no fds e a congas não faz religação imediata apenas em 72h.. estou gastando com almoço e jantar durante esses dias por falta de informação da imobiliária!
NAO RECOMENDO, um imenso descaso falta de respeito com o inquilino.

I signed the contract with the real estate company on 05/05 I did the inspection and the real estate company did not warn me that the gas was off and I would need to reconnect with Comgas. on the day of my move (10 days after the inspection) I discovered that the apartment was out of gas.
I asked the realtor and the broker was super rude, and asked "did you not read the contract?" , however I WAS NOT WARNED that I would need to reconnect the gas, this is the Realtor's obligation to NOTIFY THE TENANT OF EVERYTHING.. this is the broker's job and not mine to guess!!
anyway, the broker was super rude, rude and ironic in the face of my problem, I'm 4 days without gas I moved on the weekend and the congas doesn't do immediate reconnection only in 72 hours.. I'm spending on lunch and dinner during these days due to lack real estate information!
DO NOT RECOMMEND, a huge lack of respect for the tenant.
