Se vocês já me disseram que não podem resolver nada por aí ? Porque mentem ao cliente ? Falei até com a gerente de vocês e ela alegou que não podem resolver por aí ( loja física aonde comprei ) !! Sejam claros com os clientes , não precisar mentir . Péssima loja e volta a alertar NAO COMPREM NAO MADEIRA&MADEIRA . Espero que mais ninguém seja enganado por vocês.
My name Raphael Rocha, as I can't answer you on my account, come on, why are you asking for my order number if I've called you more than 10 times? If you already told me that you can't solve anything there? Why lie to the customer? I even talked to your manager and she claimed that they can't solve it there (physical store where I bought it)!! Be clear with customers, no need to lie. Terrible store and warns again DO NOT BUY NO WOOD&WOOD. I hope no one else is fooled by you.

Desejo sucesso e ótimas vendas sempre, e que a loja reconheça o ótimo funcionário que tem em sua equipe e valorize !!! Obrigada mesmo!

Eles não tem responsabilidade e nem respeito ao cliente
Comprei um produto paguei mais de 4mil reais no dia 11/05/22 para ser entregue no dia 20, desde então so recebo protocolo e pedido de desculpas
E que tenho q aguardar a finalização do protocolo
Não indico
Não comprem
Empresa que não tem respeito com o cliente.
